(06/03/22~1:30pm) Very rude to customers! Unprofessional negative attitude towards customers ~ my wife in this experience. We walked in to the subway and to the counter to order, immediately we felt confronted instead of greeted by one of subways employees, this employee gave us the uncomfortable feeling of unwelcomedness. This is unfortunate! For the restaurant it self is one of the nicest.. unfortunate this one Subway employee is ruining the atmosphere and experience for subways customers in this location. Don't get me wrong awesome subway location, excellent in all other aspects. Unfortunately all it takes is one employee with negative attitude in an establishment to ruin the work place atmosphere for other employees, and create negative experiences for the loyal customers of the business.

Staff is absolutely rude and disrespectful. They messed up a sandwich I hade made and when I told the manager, she was very rude about having it remade. After a ten minute rampage she finally had remade. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This store manager has been observed treating her employees like garbage and doesn’t care at all about customer service. Very disappointed and won’t eat at this location again.

Workers were friendly and had fast service. Sandwiches were delicious.

The food itself was well made and tasted good but the prices are super-inflated at this branch for whatever reason. Average price for a chicken bacon ranch I've seen is in the $8-9 range AFTER tax. Here, it was 10.99 BEFORE tax.

Love the new store. Food is decent. I'm normally waited on by fast friendly people. However today, I was helped by a woman who clearly thought she knew it all. She was pushy and so busy "showing" the other employees how to (not) wait on people, she didn't bother listening to what I was asking for. I'm suggesting that the employees that have been there all along, continue to do their job as they always have. DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS PERSON! What a turn off....

Fresh but very pricey. Way to high for what should be a $5 foot long still.

How hard is it to ANSWER a phone? I have literally walked into Subway while team members are taking and the phone is ringing off the hook. I just tried calling them 5 times and not a single answer.
