Service was good but food was bad WAY bad as I got sick as soon as I got back to my room. Then continued to get sick until everything I had eaten all day came back up, what a lousy way to ruin an otherwise great day. Worst of it all, I have been to many other Red Lobster Restaurants and have never had a bad meal once, we often look for them when we travel and when my husband saw this one he insisted we go as I love seafood, well not Saturday June 11, 2022, first and hopefully only time I have in my 51 years of life have ever had BAD seafood!!!!
Two of us went for dinner memorial weekend around 5pm, no wait for table. The staff, including the hostess bartender & our server were all very friendly & professional! We had appetizers, lobster, salmon, shrimp, mashed potatoes & everything was hot & delicious! Like usual, our dining experience at the Queensbury Red Lobster was tasty & enjoyable!!
Ordered the Lobster Lovers Dream... everything was good until I asked our super nice waitress if I could get extra sauce for my pasta. What she brought back I do not know but between the smell and the consistency of it, it was definitely NOT the same sauce that was already on it. It wasn't the same color or anything. I was done with my meal at that point. I was really really disappointed as this meal was not cheap. Our waitress did knock $10 off of our bill which was very kind of her but... it still left a sour taste in my mouth and it might be a while before I go back if at all.
Had the Seafarer. Wasn't good. The Lobster they feed me was rotten/black and Gray! Would not eat at this location. Or maybe any when you can't tell your main dish ls rotten before serving..?
It was the best presentation of food I've seen in a long time and amazing service from the waitress we traveled all the way from Lake Placid New York thank you that was amazing

It is sad how Covid-19 has desemmated the dining experience.
It was expensive did not get much and I wanted my burger well done and it was almost rare. The only good thing wad the Biscuits. Won't go back. 99 is a better place more food.

Very good wish they had one back home in NH
