Place has been my to go to since moving up to Glens Falls 3 years ago. The servers are friendly but the food has taken a down fall since Covid. Not sure if there's new employees in the kitchen or they have changed there products. As far as I know, the bartender said they get there chicken wings from another vendor now. There was a big fat long black hair inside my chicken wing. So gross. The bartender took them and the fries off my bill. Regardless, that was nasty. Left a horrible feeling in my stomach. Not sure what's going on there but the last 2 times was a miss for me. 2 stars
The only reason I give this place one star is because our server was very attentive.The food on the other hand was GROSS. We got Buffalo chicken wontons that were cold. I ordered the Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese and ended up receiving 4 pieces of chicken on top of noodles tossed in hot sauce. There was absolutely no cheese or anything else on the plate. Noodles covered in hot sauce with chicken chunks on top.My fiancé ordered the fish sandwich and received a sandwich with a bun that was crumbling into dust. As well as his French fries tasted like fried fish.Not to mention we weren’t (and said we weren’t when asked by the host) interested in any of the games. Instead of putting us as far from the bar as possible we were seating right in front of it. My fiancé and I couldn’t even hear the conversation we were trying to have due to the screaming coming from the bar.I know it’s a sports bar and to be expected but properly seat your guest and focus on the quality of food coming out of your service windows.Because $70.00 for food we didn’t even eat & to not even enjoy our time in your restaurant is sad. When you first opened we loved dining with you.I know covid puts a damper on everyone. But we won’t be dining here ever again. Even post covid.
There hamburgers and other meats are hard as a rock and there food is just not good the people are nice but I will never eat there again due to the food not the people I respect the people but not there food
Despite being short-staffed, they did a great job!
It's NFL Sunday. I understand that. But when our party of 5 ask our server to change 1 of the 2 monitors that are broadcasting the same NFL game to the remainder of a Nascar race twice the manager was "unavailable". Half of this establishment is empty and only 3 parties are actually paying attention to the games. I call bull! Have never had an issue with coming here for years. Hospitality has always been to notch.
Great food and a fun atmosphere. They are having some staffing shortages, but who isn't these days. Over-all even with the staffing issues they did a great job.
I used to love this place for take out, but last night was no good.The tenders had an extreme amount of gross yellow breading, inside and out. Couldn’t eat them. They were also cold and very salty/hard. Very little chicken.No wontons.The chips were stale and chewy.I am happy I had rewards to use because if I had to pay full price I would be very upset. The prices have been raised but the food quality is going down sadly.
Still love the turkey club.
Disappointed. Food is good and what not but when trying to call them to place a order pick up no one answers the phone and they are open. Very poor service.
