I called Olive Garden an hour or more before I was to arrive as I know it is Father’s Day!! We were told that they do not take reservations. I requested that we be put on their wait list and at that time the person informed me that they did not do that either. I asked how long the waitlist was and they told me I would have to speak to a host. They put me on hold and after 30 minutes of waiting I hung up. We arrived an hour later as expected to walk in and be told the wait was an hour and 45 minutes. What a poorly run operation!!!!! We ended upComing to Zou Japanese Restaurant in the same complex and upon arrival asked if we had a reservation and we said no, they said no problem just give me a couple of minutes. They seated us and all was great! Thank you to Zou for saving Father’s Day!!
We had a great time for a large birthday group (of adults). I greatly enjoyed the friendly banter of the waitress and service we received. Was a lovely time and had great food. We also got a lil side room to ourselves which I greatly appreciated because my service dog could stretch out for. A change bad not worry about tail steps. Would recommend
Always order the Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp.Particularly like how creamy the Alfredo sauce is.This time I ordered it for takeout. Was very disappointed by how dry the fettuccine was with very little sauce.Kind of a tasteless meal and a waste of $25.00.You need to pay closer attention to the takeout orders or don't offer this option. Not sure that there will be a next time.
Family had great meals, and the service was wonderful. Waitress was very kind and friendly, also was very attentive to all the folks who ate there.Love Olive restaurants.
Just as expected. Typical Olive Garden - no surprises - no disappointments - nothing to write home about either. If you know Olive Garden fare is what you want - you'll get it here.
First time back for inside dining since March 2020. Entrees were good, bread sticks stale, soup undercooked. Hostess very polite. Waitress efficient but in a HUGE hurry and talked to us from across the room. Front entrance door glass and handles nasty dirty. Patrons all crammed into a few areas while the rest was empty; good pandemic practices ?. Women's bathroom nasty from the seat down and on par with a gas station. Watch young kids with the scalding hot water. Not a great experience. Not worth $220. Will try again later in the year and see if they get their groove back.
We have eaten at Olive Garden quite a few times, our most recent experience was a bit strange. The waitress seemed completely distracted, we had to repeat our order 3 times each for her to understand. Then she repeated back someone else's order entirely only moments after hearing us tell her what we wanted. Asked for coffee and she brought the check forgetting the coffee. The food was decent though so 3 stars.
Always good food! Last visit the service wasn't thr best but thats like one outta every five times that happens. Chicken Alfredo is my favorite!!! The cheese sauce for the breadsticks also a must if you like cheese!!!!
This is my favorite place to go out to eat. Their food is amazing, the wait-times (if there are any) are very reasonable. The staff is amazing too. It is always nice going here with my family.
Endless salad, soup and bread sticks for lunch. Everything was delicious and more than enough. The salad and dressing is perfect. The soups were Chuck full of beans, pasta, vegetables. And breadsticks came out already buttered. We ordered an artichoke spinach dip with tasty fried pita chips…yum. Reasonably priced, relaxing atmosphere, plenty of space as there are multiple rooms. I only wish there was one closer to me
