So when I first moved to the Queensbury area a year ago, my son and I enjoyed Moe's in person. That was really the only time we had them. This evening our family decided to order Moe's through door dash. 3 adults and 2 kids. I spent $75 for 3 homewrecker burritos, a quesadilla and nachos. EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS MADE INCORRECTLY. How does this happen? I definitely will not be ordering from there again. We're from CT and we love Moe's but this one in Queensbury!? Why?!?
Is it common to have all of the chairs up on the tables and to be out of tofu with no offer to make more at 8:30 on a Saturday when the restaurant is open until 10? If not then I guess this place just falls in line with the other half @ss run businesses in queensbury. Being local I’ll definitely not be returning. This is the 3rd time I’ve experienced this
The Homewrecker bowl is huge. It tastes so good. I can't finish it or I think I might burst.
Have loves moes food. But the customer service at the queensbury location has made me decide to no longer order from them. There have been so many instances lately that I have overlooked but tonights issues have sealed the deal for me. I will be quiet no longer. In the past, i overlooked the fact that I was once in there as were several others, waiting patiently in line. After probably 20 mins of watching the employees making order after order for online orders, even several that came in way after any of us had gotten into the location, someone finally spoke up and asked if they were going to start taking the orders of people standing in line to which the answer was, we have to do all online orders that come in first. The woman responded with why would you not at least alternate between online and in person orders. Several times, the employees have been absolutely miserable. On employee put mushrooms on my order and that was not what I had asked for,. I noticed there was a piece left in the bowl after he had removed them so I asked if he could also get that one before they covered it with the other stuff to which I got nothing but attitude as he pulled it off and tossed it on the floor behind him. Tonight, i actually decided to do door dash. Unfortunately can not make a comment online because this location refuses to accept special requests online so after ordering i called to see if they could go light on the black beans and add cucumbers because they do not offer them online. As I was speaking i was cut off and told, yeah i will tell them. When my food arrived, notice, she heard the light black beans but was in to much of a hurry and didnt hear me say add cucumber…not a huge deal but why cut me off. Then go to take out my queso to put some on my food, the outside of the container is covered in queso…okay, i understand, you get it on the outside, is it that hard to keep a rag handy to clean it off a bit…n the last thing…the lovely free chips and salsa…tons of chips, maybe enough salsa to eat two chips. N don’t get me wrong, i understand, retail, fast food, and customer service jobs right now and really anytime is tough, have worked retail all my life. I know it may take a few extra seconds but don’t be rude, listen to someone until they are done, take the extra second to wipe that container clean. That is what makes good customer service and this moes location is lacking in customer service greatly. They need to be retrained or replaced
Okay so I eat here more than I should and it’s really good food and not too spicy but everything on the menu is the same thing just got into a different shape or wrap. Queso is really good and that’s why you need to pay for it for your chips to be worth it and if you get chips from the top they will super salty but usually never at all. I watched a worker drizzle the tiniest amount of salt onto the top of a 10 gallon bucket of chips and call it a day. Don’t order past 7pm if you plan on getting white meat chicken. They won’t have it and they won’t make another batch even though they don’t close for another two hours. Sometimes they will mess up your order if ordered online and have even given me kids sized burritos rather than adult when I payed for adult. The workers don’t like to give you the chip bags if you order anything that doesn’t already come in the bag that the chips come in. And if you order queso it’s supposed to come in it’s own bag-don’t get jipped. If you call and complain though about an order being messed up they will take your name down and keep it in the back for the next time you come in to be free though so that’s nice.

The employees there were so friendly and they totally were working their butts off. Line out the door and stacks of online orders.
Food was good but customer service and store cleanliness needs to change. Everyone who works here looks so miserable and its a immediate mood change. The dining room was horrific, food all over the tables, soda station was a mess with wrappers everywhere, floors were disgusting covered in chips and wrappers. Please work on these issues!!!
