Friendly staff, like everyone, they are understaffed, but who isn't right now.

Absolutely the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to, i ordered a double cheeseburger with a medium fry and it took a whopping 20 minuets to get my order, (not during rush hour) only after a MANAGER told me “she didnt know how to use the cash register” and rudly told me to use the kiosk, so i told her im using cash, she went off, and another 5 minuets later someone finally came to take my order. next day later, i go there again, order the same thing, and i could see my burger just sitting there on the counter, waiting for someone to hand it to me, it took those idiots 10 minuets to figure out it was sitting there. DO NOT GET FROM THIS MCDONALDS.

Always check your order at the drive thru before you leave. This is the closest McDonald’s so we go here one or two times a month, and virtually every visit something is wrong with the order. Missing sauces, missing French fries from meals, or worse. And more often than not we forget to check before leaving the parking lot and realize when we get home? And it’s too much of a hassle to come back. So save yourself the grief and check before you leave since it seems to be so commonplace.

Terrible service!! Went inside to order and it took forever the put out at least 5 orders ahead of mine got drive through and in the end my good was cold and employees were very rude! I wanted to add 2 pies to my order and the employee told me to wait some more and continued to take several more drive through orders and after waiting again I was finally told they were in fact out of pies!! Also my food was cold and all I ordered was a number 7… SMH NEVER GOING BACK!!! I give it minus 5 stars

Had to inform them they were handing me the wrong meal, (only one other car was in drive-thru) then find out after driving home and giving my son his happy meal, the hamburger was missing. Then, had to drive to another store, (wasn't about to drive all the way back and waste more gas and time over a burger) and ended up having to pay twice for the same hamburger at RT 9, cause "the owner of this store isn't affiliated with them. Lol. This is how making mistakes on customers orders can ruin their whole night.

i have never had this bad of an experience with McDonalds first when we ordered our food we got half of our order and she didn’t ask if we wanted anything else told us a price and to pull up we had to tell her we had more to order. then we get to the first window no receipt we had to tap on the window for her to tell us that hers isn’t working we can get it at the next window pull up to the next window still no receipt hands our food and drinks. first problem fries were ice cold and half full we mention the fries are cold they grab us new fries but again they filled them half way. then we pull away and realize they made the wrong coffee chocolate instead of carmel gave me a coke instead of sweet tea no sweet and sour in the bag for the nuggets so we go back to the store which is filthy and go in they make us new fries and go to make the coffee and the machine isn’t working so we got a different coffee i have never seen a shop more disorganized and chaotic.

gross!! the soda always tastes off, i never end up drinking it. and the food is a hit or miss, but it's usually gross. the inside of the restaurant is also unclean

This restaurant needs to hire workers who actually care about food served....if you use a deal, for Fries you get burnt old fries. The Frappe machines always down. Try cleaning them. Take a look at your reviews and stars zip, does that tell you anything? There is NO deliciousness or hot or good food served here. I'm so done with this restaurant, always bad......
