There's one gentlemen who always seems to be on drive through during the day around mid afternoon. He's great always gets my order right. He's also very pleasant.
Tearable service, workers confused about if they were in kindergarten or not. Waited for 45 minutes just to get cold disgusting food. Now I’m wondering If they put laxatives in the chicken because after I at I ate, the kfc bathroom felt it.
Almost always gets the order wrong. Wrong food or food ordered missing. Often not very hot. Employees have bad attitudes. Too much of a hurry to get orders correct.
Order is always messed up. However, if you save your receipt Mike will make it right. Doesn't do much for the moment but another day, you get the food you wanted.

Pricey and the quality of food declining. Got a Famous Bowl and was really let down. Very little cheese, barely any gravy, and the potatoes really tasted like right out of the box.
You really need to check your order before you leave the restaurant but is hard to do from a drive thru so then you get home and are missing items from your order that you paid for can be frustrating. The quality of the chicken was not up to its usual standards hope that was a fluke?
I can't believe how expensive it has gotten. 4 tenders, fries, biscuit and drink was 15
Good food if you can get it. The service is quite slow, but the food is always hot. It's disappointing that the employees are always smoking beside your car in the drive-thru lineup. Still, old reliable for food option though - all through 2020 and 21! And the service at this location is WAY better than Saratoga!!
This is the only KFC I would trust. At least it is eat-able
