Ordered on line, picked up, and got home to find it was the wrong sub, and about half the size it should have been (giant sub). called the store 3 times, and no one picks up. I was literally there 10 minutes earlier, and it wasn't busy. Very disappointing
The most miserable work staff I have ever encountered. All three of them were just downright rude and miserable, and by simply entering the business to purchase the one thing they serve, being a sub, it was like I was inconveniencing them beyond belief. I ordered one sub and then watched them make the wrong one and when I questioned it, it was just a problem. Employees throwing things around due to being frustrated with having to do the one thing they are collecting a paycheck to do, their job. I understand making subs may no be the most glamorous job or enjoyable but that does not mean you have to be so miserable to the customer that you feel the need to write the only review you’ve ever written in your life. Absolutely mind blowing.

Great service, very clean and good establishment. The workers are very nice and outgoing. Would definitely come again! The number 17 is my favorite sub!
I literally saw a rat walking in the kitchen before i left.Im never going back there. Its so disgusting I didn’t even ate the sub.?

The man making my gluten free #7 changed his gloves and followed allergen protocols very well. It was extremely appreciated, he made my sub away from the rest on a separate counter and went the extra mile without me having to even ask. Thank you so much!
They were awesome fixed my subs from my online order extremely busy but still friendly awesome service under pressure for sure appreciate what you all do.
Intake and throughput at counter went fine. Sandwiches were good. The (new?) associate at the checkout had trouble conducting the purchase on the register, and I had to go back in to get the sandwich cut in half before it was wrapped.
