My husband and I went in for ice cream and we both ordered Jim Dandy’s. The sundae that was brought to us was not what was pictured in the menu. This was usually my go to when I go in for ice cream. I was really disappointed in what I ordered. There was barely any ice cream, little to no toppings, and they thought they could hide this under a mountain of whipped cream. I went online to look at the product picture on the menu and what we were served was NOT what we ordered. I am heated to say the least. Experience wasn’t worth one star but was required to give something to proceed.
We got take out from here and we are from Massachusetts and I will say this was the best Friendlys I have ever been too. The employees were so nice and every one that walked by us asked us if we were being taken care of. Best customer Service I have seen in a long time. The food was delicious and nothing was missing. It was packed perfectly. I can't remember the girls name who helped us but she was awesome. It's nice to go on vacation and be treated so kindly. We will definitely being going back there when we go to New York. Keep up the good work guys!
Originally there were plenty of these places around our area, unfortunately this is one of the few that are left. Imagine my surprise when I can walk in, sit down, and be waited on within seconds of getting there. Our waitress was exceptional, and right on the ball. I always loved friendlies including their fisherman jig sandwich, which still remains my favorite. I had to drive quite a distance to get to this one and I truly wish they would bring them back to our area. I believe, if I'm not mistaken, that this is one of only two or three left in this part of New York State. How sad that there aren't more of these restaurants still and closer to where I actually live. But now that I found it I will be there a lot more.

Service was top notch. I really hope Friendlys as a company manages to come back and thrive! The kids enjoyed the food and dessert, as did I. I feel like a kid again anytime I visit. Please tip the ladies working here well, they really put up some great service.
Madison greeted us at the door with a smile. We haven’t been to a friendly’s in years but because of her, we are going to start coming again. She was prompt, professional, and kind. Once we were seated we were delighted to find out she was also our server. The meal went off without a hitch. Any questions we had, she was quick to answer and made us feel right at home. I can honestly say in the many years of going out, this was the best service we have ever received. Not only did Madison deliver the food quickly and accurately, she was great with the kids and had them smiling and and laughing the whole time (the food from the new menu was also delicious). I wish I could give more stars to this restaurant because of our service alone. If I were running the show, I’d give this young lady a raise; it was second to none. 10/10 will return and will request Madison as our server. Thank you for an awesome night out.
Such a great experience....Kelly, our server, was wonderful. Very personable and exceptional service. She worked hard as it was rather busy and she had to make all our ice cream sundaes....Still did a great job. Thank you Kelly and stay off that foot!
We had a wonderful time at Friendly's! All the workers went out of there way to get tables set and accommodate our large family. It was busy and I'm sure they were tired but they were still very kind and worked so hard. Our waitress was the best! She listened, was personable, and very patient! Thank you so much Kelly!!
Fast service and excellent fresh food. Kelly our waitress was super friendly and checked on us throughout our meal. Would return because of friendly waitresses like Kelly!
For the past few years I have only gone to Friendly's 2-3 times a year. My last experience will have me coming back more often and it was all because of the waitress.There was a minimal wait to be seated, less than a minute. There hasn't been much of a wait at this location outside of major holidays and events over the past few years.Our waitress, Makayla was excellent. She was attentive, and a pleasure to talk to(I never did get my basket back... inside joke). She was definitely one of the best waitresses I have ever had at any Friendly's.The food, well the food 5 years ago was probably the worst it has ever been in Friendly's history. There have been many menu changes and portion changes since then. I think they are moving in the right direction. I was satisfied with the quality and portion size of my food.I will at the very least have to go back for my basket!
