Nice team, need a key to use bathroom. Key is connected to a long pvc tube, it's pretty comical. The ice coffee was made correct.
The girl actually put my doghnut in the bag properly instead of the frosting in the bottom of the bag!!!!
Overall things were good they were definitely missing some flavors of donuts which was mildly depressing I don't know what happened to toasty coconut there was no blueberry there was no krullers at all excuse my spelling if I got that wrong but overall pretty decent I still feel their coffee is a little high-priced it's still just coffee and milk but I would go here over Starbucks just about any day those guys are ridiculous and their breakfast sandwiches aren't that good I've had them it kind of gross so Dunkin' donuts for the win for slightly overpriced coffee local to you
I enjoy their egg, bacon, and cheese breakfast sandwiches. The bagels are always fresh. And the coffee is good.
The girl was so way off on y order reading like five different drinks to me and I stopher and said I only order a LG reg coffee and then she gives me a black coffee
Major improvements in the past few weeks! Drive thru is not a 30 minute wait anymore and food/drink has been hot, fresh, and exactly what we order.
I would have given this place two stars but after a month with a new morning crew it's improving significantly.
I love Dunkin's coffee. Hot and Ice. My favorite place is the one on Main St. Queensbury. The help there are so friendly and accommodating. I always look forward to their smiles. ?

All week I’ve been going to Dunkin’ Donuts on main st in Glens falls NY. They have my coffee ready but not my doughnut! Than I say something snd they say we haven’t had them kind. Yes you did yesterday and still it wasn’t ready with my coffee.it’s annoying when your on break and trying to hurry and you have to wait when there’s no reason for it
