Not is it only slow service but they always seem to get the orders wrong and the excuse of the manager uses is that it’s new people that she’s hired and then you call the corporate office and they don’t even respond back to you
Just went to this Dunkin placed my order on my mobile app. Didn't have my drink. Asked if I wanted something different. I declined. They could not figure out how to refund my money. So I had to lose $5 because you don't keep enough items in stock and you can't figure out refunds. Not my first bad customer interaction with Dunkin.Life doesn't run on Dunkin. Please send some training for customer service skills.
I'm not really a coffee person but they move fast which help when I'm in a rush.
Grab an hot ice coffee. lol. Grab an everything bagel and a coffee good service
The ordering ahead was easy and the staff was pleasant....until. I ordered avocado toast with bacon, in advance because I wanted the points. They handed it to me and luckily I checked it before I pulled off, there was NO BACON. I gave it back and this is what they handed me back. Save your money and sticks to the beverages.

For a place that has donuts in the name, they are always out of donuts when I go. Their food is typical of all the DD and rarely do they get my order wrong here...as long as I'm not looking for donuts.
Tight parking lot. Drive thru window blocks cars that are parked. Should figure out a better way to get in and out easily.
girl at window rudely handed me my drink, when I asked her a question, she told me to shut up. not to mention their over worked high school students working 24/7 need some real adults.
