I’ll keep it brief…. Worst location ever due to bad employee attitude. The women here are extremely rude and on a power trip. No paying customer should be treated as an inconvenience. Seriously someone needs to address this, this location does not live up to brand expectations.Can not stress how terrible this location is. Other reviews say the exact same thing
THIS PLACE DESERVES 0 STARS! I was in this store earlier this morning, a young girl and her little daughter were in line, as the little girl was pointing and looking over the counter for what kind of donut she wanted, the cashier came over and said that she could not serve this young lady, now I don’t care at all what the situation is, but you crushed that little girl, and you know who you are. You lost my service for good. I turned around and left after this, and when I saw them outside I let them know how sorry I was. She then proceeded to tell me the story about what had happened and, you all should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves.
Terrible rude staff. Especially the nasty girl with red hair. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Kicking people out for repeating something that was said to them by STAFF. But of course the staff that complained about her mommy didn’t get fired. Reason #37464828 why daughters and mothers especially elderly mothers should NOT work together especially on the same shift. EVERY single person I know that goes here says the exact same thing. Just like how she kicked my cousin out bc she claimed we arrived together and since I was not allowed she was not only kicked out but the cops were called LMFAO. I walked there, she drove, we’re cousins so I said hello. This [email protected]*%#$ is a literal joke and the nastiest person with the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen. Guess the apple didn’t fall far from the tree. ??♀️
Coffee tastes burnt. No one stirs sugar. Did not get what I ordered last visit, noticed it after getting on the highway. Waste of money. So sad, they used to have great coffee...
Hash brown was over cooked , plus my sandwich was burntIf you guys can serve a proper meal than what are you doing in a service industries

Drive through lines are a bit slow, but I believe it's due to a lack of staff. The staff they had is doing the best they can to get everyone served quickly and correctly.
Coffee was hot, service not so much. I wasn't greeted, I was stared at for a bit then I asked if she was ready to take my order and she nodded. After that... no problems. I know the coffee is good... it's all about the service people.
This is by far the worst dunkins I’ve ever been to. The service is awful and the staff is extremely rude. Before I even got to the counter two people had walked away because they were waiting so long for someone to take their order or even acknowledge them. They also got my order wrong and when I politely told them it wasn’t what I ordered the lady got mad at me as if it was my fault and loudly said “I guess I’ll have to make it again” in a frustrated tone. They also were extremely rude to the woman in front of me. She asked for salt and pepper packets because there were none out front and instead of handing her a few packets she grabbed about 100 packets and threw it on the counter in front of her. It’s as if doing their job was an inconvenience!!
