There was a very long line. One lady was very rude to customers and to other workers there. She eventually had enough and said no more orders. She went over to the orders screen and cancelled them all. I ordered a strawberry frosted donut, and got a chocolate frosted one. I also ordered hash browns but there was only 2 in the package.

Extremely rude old lady yelled at me because I “ordered too much” in the drive through. This was AFTER I had already tipped them 10 dollars. I go to this location at least 3 times a week since it is closest to my house but I will never be going back to this Dunkin. Worse Dunkin experience I have ever had. If I could give it 0 stars I would. This lady does not deserve a job here and clearly has no respect for others. I want my 10 dollars back.
Horrible lady at the front desk, don’t have patience to listen to customers.
Very rude. First time ever going to this Dunkin. I got cut off and told my price when telling him that I wasn't done ordering (only two things). Got to the window, paid, and when he handed my son's drink he said have a good day when I told him that I ordered mini bagels too he had closed the window ( saw him hit the switch) and a different person had gave me the food.
Always a pleasant experience when I go there, my order is always correct and the employees are very kind. Keep up the great work, us customers really appreciate it! Thank you

I actually got pizza from another concession stand in the store. It was surprisingly good for a convenience store. At $1.75 a soft drink was included. Tasty and a bargain
