This is my fave place to get food and coffee. First discovered Cool Beans 4-ish years ago and my family still loves it. Every time we head to Lake George area we make at least one stop!!
AMAZING FOOD and HUGE COFFEES!! Cash only unfortunately, but they do have an ATM. Walked over one morning while my car was getting serviced and I do NOT regret it!
Came with our family on Saturday, Cool Beans is amazing, fresh, quality food. I must comment on the staff...James was the only one on duty doing everything, he absolutely crushed it! He earned every tip and deserves a raise, a bonus and interest in the business. The line was out the door and James kept the service prompt and friendly. Go for the food, come back for the service!
Super friendly staff, tasty food, good selection, including vegan, fast service, great seating, good prices, plenty of parking. Could you need more?
I went to Cool Beans today, to pick up something for my sick loved one and accidentally forget to bring a mask. The woman who was working rudely demanded that I wear a mask. I informed her that I didn’t have a mask with me, at which time she refused to provide one for me and demanded that I leave without being served. I have been a loyal customer at Cool Beans for many years and am saddened by the way I was treated. Why can’t people be more understanding in these difficult times that we are living in.

Amazing little local spot. The owner and other employees were so nice and welcoming. Their bagel sandwiches are delicious and so are their smoothies! Can’t go wrong with anything off of their menu.
The latte and sandwich were good and the waitress was friendly and the menu looked amazing, but they didn’t accept cards, and you don’t know that until after you already order. How is it 2021 and you don’t accept cards? I’m not locals so now I get your $3 atm fee plus my banks fee on top of that. Especially with the coin shortage, this is bizarre to me. Definitely a deterrent from wanting to come here. Not to mention the wait for one sandwich and two drinks was longer than it should be.

The food looked great, but I couldn't order it as they don't take cards:( how you make it through a pandemic and to the year 2021 without a card reader, I'm not sure. I wish I could've tried something! Waited about 10 minutes to be served with no one ahead of my because there was only one employee working. I understand the world is understaffed so that wasn't a huge deal.
