Love their pulled pork. Salad bowls are great too.
My kids got violent food poisoning after eating there this past Friday. My 4-year-old was on the brink of needing hospitalization. He had complained his food “tasted weird” and didn’t even come close to finishing, but even the little bit he did get through was enough to make him immediately sick and it went on for days to follow. He’s traumatized, this was his favorite restaurant and now he talks about how he “never ever wants to go there again” because even he knows that’s why he got sick. My 2-year-old got something different and the effects weren’t as bad for him, but he still struggled with symptoms and was unable to keep food in his system throughout the duration of his illness. It was the Barbacoa that seemed to have the worst effect, and the Carnitas that were a close second. We’ve had previous issues with quality, customer service, and etc at this location but it’s usually hit-miss and we stuck it out for the days that it’s a hit. However, this is by far the worst experience we’ve had and I will no longer patronize this company given it’s obvious that they can’t train their employees proper food safety protocol. You’d think with being nationally scrutinized for food borne illnesses on multiple occasions, they would’ve gotten it together or been shut down by now. Have any of these people heard of a ServSafe certification? Shameful way to run a business.
food is wonderful and staff was great
Great staff, very friendly eager to help you have a great meal.Establishment was clean but cold.
Great food and great service but very little heat. I understand it's winter but I don't want to eat inside with my winter coat on.
Got food poisoning from here, this is a must skip chipotle. Go to any other chipotle unless you want to get sick as well!!!
Got kicked out for not wearing a mask, no signs were up and additionally there are 15 people all sitting down with no masks on 5 feet away from me. Masks no sense.
Was able to dine in quickly and beat the lunch rush on a Monday.
Shoutout to the staff working at the Queensbury Chipotle on Wednesday, 10/13/21. I placed a very large order online for a meeting at work after discovering the store closest to me wasn't accepting online orders. They called to let me know that they were short staffed and likely wouldn't have it ready by my requested time but were trying their best to have it ready as close as possible. When I walked into the store, I could definitely tell that everyone was working together diligently to ensure that my order and the others they had at the same time were prepared correctly. I often place orders at local restaurants for 12 people or more and more times than not, I always return to work with missing food, but not today! Thank you to everyone working there!
I normally don’t do reviews but feel compelled in this case. I’ll start by saying I’ve eaten at Chipotle restaurants at least 300-400 times. Unfortunately this is the restaurant that is closest to where I live and circumstances have changed that makes it inconvenient to go to another store. The service at the Queensbury, NY location is terrible and the food is just a little off relative to other locations. Also, the staff doles out very small portions and for the price charged makes it a borderline ripoff. Next up is the fact that the store closes at random times in the evening so don’t bank on it if you have a craving. Lastly, if there are online orders, the staff will fulfill all of those first and let the line back up out the door. Never seen that happen at any other Chipotle….
