Received gift cards for poor past experience tried to use but still had to pay 1.75 even though I had 5$ left on gift certificate. Also the front door woman needs to be ALOT more friendly! Also who sets a child in the bar area??? We asked to move because I can't sit in the high seats due to injury but come on! Also we were slightly embarrassed when they came and said they didn't know if they could take all 3 gift cards at once the table next to us started pointing and talking my son noticed and we were both embarrassed. I really don't think Applebee's and my family will work out I've tried several times hoping it would change but it is not. The managers involved did they jobs and were polite and professional, but I just don't believe we will be back. Simply cause it seems to have a bad outcome. I know some people love it there but just not our place
Went for 1st time.. plenty of food for the price...even had leftovers.. Very clean... friendly staff... waitress very good...no problems with food or order...decor was very appealing inside...lots of local pictures...will return for another experience of fine dining
Server was terrible. She forgot our drinks, silverware and condiments. When I finally received my coffee, I asked for a sugar substitute, she said they had all kinds. Well, I guess they still do, because I never received any. When we asked for salt and pepper she never returned. I asked for a refill.of coffee, she brought the Splenda and no coffee! I had to ask the hostess for water. The waitress finally came back and said oh u finished your coffee, I said you never brought it. She said you must be wrong!! We asked for "to go" containers and of course, she never returned. The hostess had to bring them. Being a former waitress, myself, I was pretty angry. After having to go up to the bar to pay my bill after waiting 10 more minutes, I asked her if we did some thing to her that deserved the terrible service we received. She said she was having a bad night. From what we heard, she was laughing VERY LOUDLY, with everyone in the place. If u want people to tip you, treat them better. Shame on Applebee's for letting this happen to us
The price is a little high for the food. The shrimp could have been cooked better and it almost felt like rubber in my mouth. The dining expierence was good and the staff is great, would go again.
Refused a valid form of ID because of a “policy” I have never heard of at any other location. The manager stated that it was because it had the statement “under 21 until 2021” on when it’s clear it is the year 2022 and the form of ID is a valid license. Absolute bull and was given more sad excuses for why it cannot be accepted. Confused as to why this is even a policy for a restaurant at this ONE location. Won’t be going back.
Okay so first of all, Amber is such a G. She gave us such amazing service and was so kind! Also the food came out amazing for it being so busy and she always made sure to check in on us! Amber if you see this, you made my Valentine’s Day weekend! Keep getting that bread up and doing your thing!
Our server was awesome and everytime we go here the food and drinks (especially) are yummo.
The portion of the food was so small for one person as they charged per box $22.79.We ordered 5 boxes and everything same. They did not provide any peppers,tissues,forks,knife.My bill was almost $150 though I was disappointed.
Decided to give them a try despite the reviews— I know people are understaffed but I pre-ordered my 5pm pickup at 3 and I came late to give them extra time. Half hour after my pickup time and it’s still not readyUpdating —45 minutes past order pickup time :/
