Big fan of boba tea and saw this place when walking the dog. Decided to go back, waited to order my drink, went to pay and didn’t see the little sign saying $10 min for debit and credit. Guy behind the counter says tells me to cancel the order as they have a minimum. Stupid policy considering 80% of the menu items are under $10 (my order was $9). They lost a new customer. Googled quickly and went to Boba & Bean inside ABCeats on Jackson Ave. Much better, no issues.
Lots of variety and customization of sugar and add ons. Fresh fruit and natural ingredients. Great service and clean store.
Such a solid bubble tea shop!! Just remember to bring cash if you’re just buying one drink.
Cashier has no idea what customer service is. Specially the female, if she’s so tired of working she don’t gotta work. If she’s having a bad day she can keep it to herself and stay tf home. You’re working to serve people if you don’t want to be kind then quit
I wanted to get the brown sugar bubble tea, but the store clerk said it is not ready until 1:30pm which is so weird. I'm don't know how other bubble tea places can serve their brown sugar drink all day long. Then after I placed my order, the store clerk said cash only because my drink was not more than $10.

Tried some of the bubble tea when they first opened a couple of years ago. It wasn’t anything to write home about, but nothing overly bad either. Keep your expectations down and you should be good.
$10 minimum for credit cards is a bit ridiculous. I have never seen such a high limit. I live alone one block away, and just because of this rule by the owner, I tend to go to Starbucks instead. The store is losing so much potential earnings just by this absurd rule.
