Our first time was on Sunday around 4pm or 5pm. We were sitting towards the right. The waiter gave us the menu and first you must choose your broth. Meat and seafood are extra fees. But if you're a vegetarian, this is your spot. They offer a large variety of vegetables - enough IMO. They do not have many sauces to choose for dipping, but it is not bad at all. They also serve Taro ice cream, Chocolate ice cream and mango pudding. The waiters were attentive, refilling our water and broth. We ask for our check and the water ask us nicely if we can tip in cash. For an AYCE hot pot, it will be on our list of places to return. BTW, there’s parking in the back
All you can eat hot pot at an affordable price! Staff was really accommodating to our party of 15. Dining area was spacious and well lit. Restroom was pretty clean. Ordering meats and seafood dishes are extra but they have a great assortment of noodles, fishball variety, and vegetables for just the base price. Definitely bringing more friends here next time!
I like eating vegetables, so I like this place it's one of the few places that doesn't feel like they are doubling prices when inflation hit hard in 2022. The service could be a bit more attentive but overall not bad. Soup base is light but I think that's good. The soup doesn't get too salty as you cook like other places.
individual hotpot, unlimited choice veg and noodle choices
Nice AYCE shabu shabu place, with $20ish per person for dinner, if you are a veggie lover, this is the place! Extra $ for meat order, with drink order and tips, we still managed to keep the bill under $40 per person. The place is spacious, clean and kids friendly. The staffs are nice but not so attentive. We had to wave several times until the servers saw us and came to our table, each time. But what can you expect from an AYCE place? I would still come back!
Been here a couple times since they opened. Normally service is very good. However this past visit was poor. I went for lunch with my family. We are all busy chatting. But outside of the initial delivery of drinks and the meat. We never saw our server again until I had to flag one down to refill our soup. One of our pots were so low the ingredients started to burn. We asked if we can change it out. "Can't change after 5min." And I was like I don't want a different base, I just don't want to taste burn ingredients. "I have to ask my manager". Never came back to change it out or even an answer. We didn't see him again until he delivered the check. And then had the nerve to ask for the tip in cash.
The worst experience ever. Came here for a birthday dinner with a party of twelve including two toddlers. We made a reservation to make sure we would get a table large enough to fit us but when we arrived they said they had to change some light fixtures so they tried giving us two separate tables of six. We ended up getting a table for ten that had bench seats with high chairs (which also was super uncomfortable being that it barely had room for my 22 month old daughter's legs to fit through). So we ended up squeezing into what should only fit 6 adults in a row, 6 adults with a 4 year old and almost 2 year old. It was super uncomfortable being that it's a buffet and the whole row had to constantly get up if someone from the middle seats had to get up. There were at least two tables large enough for a party of twelve with regular chairs that weren't being used. The whole time we were there, it still wasn't being used. The stupid lights they had to put wasn't even being put up the whole time. I saw them working on it for maybe ten minutes. They could've done it another time knowing that there was a reservation made.As far as the food, I couldn't even enjoy or taste the food as I had to constantly get up and down while trying to hold my kids.
I’ve been to a few hotpot places and this one is probably the best place I went to. There is more variety of foods and stuff. Even though it’s mainly mushrooms, seafood, vegetables, meat, and noodles. I recommend u eat here and you get the taro ice cream after finishing your hotpot. Taro ice cream is tasty ????
Food was okay. The beef wasn't super thinly sliced brisket and the fish was tilapia. The soup tasted like they put in way too much MSG. Fair assortment of vegetables and good choices of mushrooms. Big and spacious restaurant. The taro frozen yogurt wasn't bad.
The hotpot is great! If you dont eat meat and are open to veges and seafood things this is a great spot. It's a buffet style so you can take as much as you need. The only thing that bothers me is that the waiters place the bill on your table when they think your done... other than that I would definitely recommend. They also have parking in the back!
