Been here several times for their delicious Brown Sugar Boba milk drinks. Decides to try their high priced Boba drink with a slice to GOLD! Had the Goil Foil Brown Sugar Boba Milk in a large size which was a delicate process to prepare. The Brown Sugar Boba is still warm on the bottom making them the softest of boba's when you gulp them down. You hardly notice you are drinking liquid gold on a hot summer day. Worth the splurge every once in a while.
I always get their Brown Sugar Boba Soft Serve and it’s honestly one of my favorite desserts ever!! So good! I’ve also tried their Taro boba which is really good because it’s not flavored, it’s real Taro. Just the right amount of sweetness.
Came here on a Saturday before Mother's Day with my family. We just treated my mom to lunch and she wanted to get us bubble tea. As we were ordering, the lady at the cashier gave us a free small milk tea with boba for my mom. As my mom was about to pay, the cashier lady said "You're gonna let your mom pay on Mother's Day??" She got us good!Every drink is made fresh to order and they get through the line pretty quickly. I've had their no-milk teas in the past and they were very refreshing! Love their amazing, efficient service and friendly staff!!
I was there during busy hours. Had Xing Fu Tang in LOS ANGELES before. Saw the staff twice mix cold water to fill up the cup when the milk tea jar went out. They do not measure the sizes so every cup will be different. I felt like this store is a little messy as well. They charge a higher premium compared to other boba places, so I expected a little more I guess.
We always walk by this place on the weekend and it's always has a long long out the door. We decided to come on a Tuesday and there was no line at all. We got their popular brown sugar milk tea. Once you try fresh made Boba you'll never want to go back to the other kinds. The drink wasn't too sweet, it was just right!
We ordered three of them: Matcha Boba milk, Strawberry Boba milk and the Brown sugar Boba milk. The brown sugar is definitely the best. The strawberry taste different than any Boba I've tried and it's in a good way. Would recommend this place. But price is a bit on the premium in my opinion.
This is probably the best bubble tea I tried around NYC. Everything seemed to fresh and taste is just top notch. It’s a beautiful looking shop located in Flushing. I absolutely loved their interior and the way they are making this bubble tea. Starting from making these fresh bubbles. They make their bubble teas out of organic milk which I really liked. I took the brown sugar milk tea and taste wise I’ll rate it 10/10. The price is also not that much. You can also add golden paper on top of your bubble tea. It will cost you $2 extra. This part of flushing is a very busy area, so if you are taking a car there then be aware of the parking situation.
This bubble tea place is truly unique. The bubbles themselves are kept hot and soaked in the brown sugar syrup and can be seen from the store front. Keeping them this way means that they will stay sweet and soft in the drink. My partner and I got the herbal jelly, which is a very light flavored jelly drink that mixed well with the sweet boba. The theme also reflects a Chinese fortune telling method where one shakes a bunch of wooden sticks in order for one to drop out and reflect the fortune through a divination method. A simplified version of this can be done while waiting in line by randomly pulling out a wooden stick. The theme is reflected against the name of the place where 幸福 is to be blessed.
Probably the best pearls you'll get in NY, but the tea is still getting there.Undoubtedly better tea than most places where it would be described as sugar water. You can taste the tea here, but it's still getting there compared to even mall boba in Shanghai.Since you can see them making the pearls upfront, there's just no doubt, it's 100% legit. It has that nuttiness and dark roasted sugar flavor that perfectly complements good tea.I would however recommend not getting the gold leaf drink. I did it out of idea of "Well, that's their iconic drink," but the gold leaf genuinely does nothing to add to the drink since the minimal texture it does provide does nothing for sweetened tea.
I’ve been to Xing Fu Tang a few times, and the drinks are good. Half the menu is standard drinks and the other half are relatively unique without having a massive amount of drinks to choose from, so there’s definitely something for everybody. Personally I’d order the regular boba drinks over the fruit teas because it feels like the fruit tea has less liquid since there’s ice and slices of fruit inside taking up more volume. The matcha boba milk and brown sugar boba milk tea are both pretty good! Taking stars off because according to the official Xing Fu Tang in Taiwan, this location was opened without being properly approved by the og one (something about the ingredients not being up to XFT standards — you can read it on their insta page) so I have mixed feelings about going to the flushing location after hearing that since they’re essentially ripping off the XFT name. Also, the wait on line can get deceptively long, and I feel like there are other bubble tea places within walking distance that are just as good and don’t have a long wait.
