Love the collagen chicken broth, rich but not overpowering. The chicken is taken out and cut into pieces before we boil other stuff. The combo to let you sample nice dishes is a perfect choice for small party. A bowl Bingfen is a perfect dessert to finish up the meal.
Best hot port place ! The service are really nice ? ! I love this place !
So this was our first time doing hot pot and after looking around I realized I think we weren't supposed to add everything all at once. However the overall experience was 11/10. It was GREAT. I spilled some water and instantly people appeared surrounding me with napkins dabbing me in a way that wasn't invasive and I very much appreciated. When the large ladle fell into the hotpot our waiter appeared INSTANTLY with a napkin and warned is not to touch as it is extremely hot. He was so kind and attentive. The food was delicious everything was fresh and flavorful. I would love the chance to come back here and definitely recommend this stop!
One of the best hot pots in Flushing. Definitely try the spicy beef broth, but get tiny spicy if it's your first time, cause it is very spicy. Overall great experience. Attentive service is a plus.
We had the chicken soup hotpot and the standard spicy one. The soup was great, but the spicy one was no as hot as in our hotpot restaurants. There are many choices for the dishes, including all kinds of beef, pork, lamb and seafood.Reservation is recommended, or there would be at least half an hour of waiting during weekend or nights.
Xiang Hotpot has two locations, one in Ft. Hamilton, Brooklyn and one in Flushing, Queens. I would say this location is the best hotpot restaurant in New York City. The service is always amazing, fast ordering system and you can always find the servers whenever you need something. Restaurant has quite the traditional design with a modern lighting twist to it, presentation of the ingredients is very nice as well. Sauce bar has pretty much everything you need with complimentary sides. Although this please does not have the nice price tag like 99 Flavors or Laojie, nor does it have the superior customer experience like Haidilao, it focuses more on its product which is hotpot. Their soup broths are a lot more flavorful and it comes with a well developed menu. The ordering option is much better than the all you can eat approach which they had to do during the worst of the pandemic. Glad this restaurant survived.
My third time coming here. Every time I come, the service is fantastic! The interior is beautiful, and the broths are super delicious. It is definitely worth coming here, especially with the great ambience and atmosphere. They have a large selection of sauces, and they also provide free ice cream at the end! 10/10
amazing place. come into the mall and take the escalators to the top floor. you'll be transported to another time. the food was great and the have a spice section so you can flavor it yourself.
Getting here was a bit hectic - busy street, crowded parking, not knowing where we need to go exactly. But when we got here we were excited. The interior was cool, hot pot was yummy (especially super cute bear shaped sauce). Sauce choice was disappointing for the price you pay.
Disclaimer: I did get a discount for this review, but my thoughts are my own.Attentive service and the food is fresh! I would recommend the tomato soup base.
