Haven't been to White Castle in years but after visiting Resort World Casino I told my twin brothers and sister in law I was taking everyone out to eat at WC. We all ordered what we wanted and I had five dollars and fifteen cent left from my thirty dollars after paying. My chicken sandwiches were surprisingly good and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. We went through the drive thru. If you have difficultly driving in tight spaces do not go through the drive thru. The service was good, the wait time wasn't long and the food was better than expected. Two thumbs up White Castle.
White castle taste is awesome but not worth going to this location. Ordered online told specific time for pick up but when we got there it wasn't ready we have to wait 30-40mins more this location seems extremely busy bcuz of the ppl "hanging out" its right next to the resto bar. Parking lot is small & feel unsafe to get out of the car especially for female like me & asian. I would not going back to this location unless thet make any changes!! Oh! And prices? Everything went up but the portion did not!
Super slow service. Waited +20 minutes in a drive through line and one care ahead of me. Food was good though. Standard fare.
Pricy as well but I guess I'm use to NJ prices. Great customer service. I miss the sloppy Joe's. To short of a supply for the season. Other white castles still have supply.
The food is good, but the wait is a little extreme. They spend more time getting out delivery orders, than.waiting on the In store customers.
The First thing my sister took me when I got to N.Y. was to eat white castle I love it.That's one of my favorite placed.I always highly recommend it.????
It's been a while since I had White castle. I'm glad I stopped in. I got the #1 which was 4 cheeseburgers, fris and a soda. I forgot how good the burgers are. I ended up going back in and get another Order. It was about $8 Each which is a sweet price also. I sat in the parking lot and ate both orders since the indoor seating was closed.
Went in a morning and only about 3 to 4 people were working. I was at the counter for over 5 minutes and no one came and at least said hold on. My friend and I walked out without placing an order. However I did visit at other times and service was better
Who ever is working the night shift is probably a high school drop outand cant read. Its really inconvenient when you make an order on uber eats and the workers there made more than one mistake on your order
The associate was very polite and courteous...and the frie bag was filled to the top...not like Mc D's which was half empty (large frie container)...
