I have to only give 2 stars at this time because the condiments make the meal.When ordering on line you NEVER get condiments. No one orders mozzarella sticks without marinara sauce etc. You write directions and your order still go out with no condiments.. Please do better. Everyone know with whatever you order..marinara, ketchup, tartar sauce, hone mustard. Etc is needed. Big down fall.
It's White Castle what else do you need to say, although they only get 4 stars because they tried to overcharge me. Talked to the manager and she did make it right only because I caught the overcharge. Sliders were delicious, on par with every Castle out there.
My Granddaughter came home yesterday with 2 test scoring 100% on each and a 3rd scoring a 96%. We told her that she deserved a treat and she was craving White Castle. So we took her there and she enjoyed herself.
Very old oil!!! It tasted so horrible that it made everything else taste awful.Ordered the shrimps, mozzarella and impossible burgers. I could not enjoy the meal at all. My wife just couldn't eat her food.Also, how is white castle still in business? The menu selections suck. The "combos" are the same miniature sandwich with just more mini sandwiches...and unfortunately I can't think of anything good about this place after my experience.
Food is decent, being from the neighborhood it's a nostalgic pleasure. Would have given it 4 stars if it wasn't for the lackluster service from someone who needs more training and understanding on what is provided. But the food was satisfying. The stars are for the food itself the service currently isn't up to par.
This was not a good experience. We got in line and waited... and waited... and waited. We finally placed our order and waited... and waited... and waited.When we received our order the server was not in the best mood. Needless to say, I will not be going back. This was definitely not a fast food experience.
Love this place when I get the craving! ALWAYS very slow. Feels like forever to get your order at night!!!
An old hood classic. It's been years since I had their burgers. Not too many franchise left. It definitely reminded me of the movie. It hit spot, tasty munchies.I definitely recommend this spot.

I rarely write reviews unless it’s about something really bad.This time I had to really make sure this gets out. Out of all places I order from on Uber or Lyft. This is the best place to order from.Not only was the food warm, but it was properly packaged to prevent any air from getting in and prevent spills. Soda was wrapped, fries and burgers were double wrapped one opposite to the other. Even came with a paper-straw. ?The Uber guy had another order to drop off before mine and was riding a bike. I was actually concerned that it wouldn’t make it to me warm.Food was fresh and not soggy or discombobulated.Thanks to whom ever was in charge of packaging at this White Castle ?!
