Food was good but no parking and drive thru was packed.

Just writing to apologize to my cashier Roksana. I bought a taco salad and didn’t like the smell of the chili so I returned it to get a bourbon bacon burger. I was wondering why I didn’t get a refund for the difference in my order. When I got in my car I realized they gave me the combo order so the difference was the same price. My mistake Roksana hope you have a great day!

Make sure that you always check your order before you leave and make sure that you get your receipt. This place loves to never give you a receipt so that you can never prove whatever claim you make. I'm never going here again.

I ordered via drive thru two meals , 2 burgers and a frosty paid for it and never recieved a receipt, when I ask for one they act like they don’t understand English … then when I get my order After I drive off I realize my whole order was wrong and they didn’t even give me my frosty … i was in a rush but I didn’t even have the receipt to get back to them once I get a chance … terrible service they don’t want to work there … highly don’t recommend… find another location !

This is really a fast food place. From start to finish using the drive thru took 5 minutes. Best Yet the food was the piping hot. Like the just took it of the stove. Loved it!!! I was about to get Hangry and I'm glad I stopped there. This Wendy's is a great choice, if you are in a hurry.

First time coming here with my mobile order to get here and have them say they got my order then say. It was declined. When I showed them the funds preloaded onto my Wendy's account , i showed them the order and how my funds are higher.I ask them if they can just make it now and I'll pay with the app. They can't do that either. I basically preloaded the app for nothing and waisted my time and gas coming here.Please fix your system to go should be easy simple and ready to go when I get there no hassle.

Horrible place to eat. Got my order wrong and some was tasting nasty. Won't eat here again especially with some of the staff had attitudes.

Ordered from the Kiosk at 2:30PM on Friday. Payment went through but my order was not given. I showed the manager but she told me that if its not on their screen they cannot give me the food and that the kiosk has been broken for a while (there is no sign for broken kiosk) she then told me to call the bank to get my money back and I left with no food. Terrible experience and was treated as a criminal. If the kiosk is broken put up a sign so customers wont use it. I used the kiosk last month to order and everything went fine.

Its 10:32 pm Saturday jan,22 ,22These women at the front register deserve a raise. The workers in the kitchen deserve a raise....AND HEAT they have to work in coats cuz the store has no heat..n they work very well an efficient..so plz help them out wit heat and a raise

Beware of the drive-thru danger with people panhandling along the line. The neighborhood is already sketchy but the pandhandlers are worse. Look in all directions before opening your window.Now, the staff at this location are polite & my order has been accurate the majority of the time. The food is also warm & as fresh as fast food can be.
