I order a paninis pizza and It was a mess. Please the pictures blow. It was more Tomato sauce on the panini pizza then cheese. The panini pizza was disgusting and to top it off, I found a bug in my paninis pizza. Place is not clean and not properly sanitized. I would give this place a zero if I have an option. place should be close down. I don’t recommend this Valerio Restaurant. Thank you.
The food is actually not bad but the service is horrible! I say this after ordering a large lentil soup (so good) via uber eats on serval occasion, but received a size small (thinking it was actually a size large) on every occasion. It wasn't until I placed a pick up order, and had my partner pick it up from the store--returning with a significantly larger size container, that I realized I was paying for a large soup, but receiving a small one upon delivery--for all those other occasions (at least 4). Being the foodie that I am, I overlooked this because the soup is good. I decided to go to the store in person after placing a pick up order again, but this time I wanted to let them know what's been happening. I walk in only to be completely ignored for 10 minutes (despite my order being ready and visible behind the counter) and when i asked the young lady behind the counter for assistance, she gave me the nastiest look and said nothing to me. I'm from Westchester County and recently moved to this side of the bridge, so I wasn't expecting such poor service and treatment. So beware if this place...
Originally loved them and their acai bowls and some dishes. Recently however the quality has gone down. On multiple occasions I've ordered specific acai bowls and received completely different ones. Also ordered a black bean chipotle burger with a salad and received chips. Just disappointing mistakes that are going to make me come here less and less.
Great healthy food for all. Vegetarians would love it. However, it can be pricey. Enjoy!
Their prices keep climbing, and the juices are full of pulp. I wouldn't be able to drink it with the straw. And although all the workers are nice, the owner is really rude, so I'm happy to take my business elsewhere.
I ordered the “veggies on 15th” sandwich with chips. It was supposed to have pesto sauce and Mayo sriracha, it didn’t have it. It was supposed to have roasted red pepper but it had fresh red pepper. It was on a saggy bread toast. It was extra dry with absolutely no sauce. Horrible and not tasty at all.
UNHYGENIC UNHEALTHY CONDITIONS!When I ordered a mango smoothie, I was SHOCKED to see that the barista took out a frozen bag of mango from the freezer and THREW IT ON THE GROUND to break up mango pieces. She then proceeded to STOMP THE BAG with her feet. I quickly said "no thank you" and ran out of this place.

The spot hitter it’s a place that pleases vegans vegetarians and Omnivores. I know this place will expand and add ghost items someday. My college point go to vegan spot, comida perfecto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Did Door Dash through them — forgot half my order and charged for all of it. Gave me the butt of the bread for my sandwich. No dressing on a sad salad. Wish I tried their acai bowl but never got it :( wouldn’t recommend
