Spicy Salami is where it’s at

Spicy salami was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The honey makes it stand out.

Best Italian sandwiches in all of LIC.Get the spicy salami

I’ve tried most of their sandwiches and have been delighted by almost all of them (turkey one was probably the weakest entry). Standouts are the salami (pictured) and mortadella. Come hungry because these sandwiches are big.

This is the only place I get sandwiches from?

In my opinion, based on my experience. You're better off at the Taiwanese popcorn food truck right on the opposite corner. The food was amazing and had  such nice people running it.False Google business hours. Apparently they are closing roughly a half hour, possibly even more, before their advertised hours (edit:11pm) on this Google listing? The website is poorly and designed and super pretentious, which explains the inconsiderate nature of the site. (It does have good pictures, but they make more of an effort of put the photogs name than they do with listing hours) it is frustrating to try and find business hours on it, I couldn't after a lot of searching . Also, this is one of  those pretentious  spots that don't have a listed phone number, because they are better than you, and don't seem to care that it  makes difficult, limits, or outright prevents access for some (and even more so, marginalized individuals), which also goes along with the pretentiousnessSo yea if you want wrong  hours, and  a pretentious site, with the added feature of  barriers to access for the marginalized, maybe try troppo stretto, I hear they have sandwiches.
