First of all, excellent service! Of all my dad's recommendations, this is the best one yet! The food is amazing!! I would order everything on the menu if I could. Very flavourful and smells great!!! Would definitely visit again. Great food, affordable prices and wonderful service!

The skewers were delicious, and the coconut drink was very refreshing. The vegetables cooked in coconut sauce were also pretty good over rice.

Since this is the Filipino restaurant nearest my home I frequent it more often than those further down Roosevelt Ave. The food has always been delicious. I have eaten at the restaurant, gotten take-out/delivery as well as ordered catering trays of food for work parties. They always deliver quality dishes with lots of flavor.

Very accommodating hostess. We were a group of 5... Foods were great but there was a little wait on serving them. We expected our orders to be served at the same time not one at a time.. Other than that little wait, everything was great. Hopefully will not be a norm. Love their ukoy & halo2!!!

We were satisfied with the food. Hope they can improve their kare kare dish. They need to have additional service staff. The lady was great in attending to all customers.Overall, my guests and I made the right choice to dine in and celebrate our bonding moments. Thank you

I called them regarding my catering request on 12/27/21 and informed them I will just send an e-mail to them. My husband and I had been calling them several times since then to confirm our request. They gave us vague responses like “We will just call you back because we have to check our email first.” They never called back. We called them for two days and they gave us the same response. On the day that we need to pick up our order, I called them early at around 11am and they said they did not receive my e-mail. I told them we sent it thru their yahoo account and she said to call her back after few minutes. I called them and they said they really did not receive my email. I told them that we had been calling them so why they only gave us a response on the pick-up day. I was so upset because they should have said something days before so I can make another plan instead. They said even if I resend my email again they cannot process my request. I resent my previous email and I wrote a bad review after because they ruined our New Year’s Eve plan. Few minutes later, I received an email from them saying they will call me to check my name in 30minutes and was apologizing for the misunderstanding. They called my husband and informed him that our email was sent to their spam messages and was apologetic. They finally acknowledged their mistake but was unable to provide one of our food requests. We told them that we are going to pick up our orders around 3pm. We came there after 3pm and orders were not yet ready. There were a lot of customers who were also waiting for their orders. There was also a mixed up with their ordering system, because another lady was claiming that our order is hers (though our name was already written on the bag). I just hope that they update their catering policies and find a systematic and efficient process in solving their customers’ demands. They also need to undergo customer service and staff management training to better handle customer complaints and demands. I remember that I never experienced this inconvenience before when I had them cater my son’s first birthday. I still want to give them another chance in the future, but I just want them to get their acts together and organize their restaurant well.

First and last time at this place. Overall, little communication, terrible customer service, and a waste of time. Online menus do not reflect what they have in stock. Not busy. Only two parties in the dining area but slow service. Honest experience.I ordered from Grubhub. When I got there, their pick up location was way up in the front down a hallway. There’s really no way for them to acknowledge pick up orders since there’s a wall. After waiting awhile, I went to the dining area so they could see me. The waitress told me to go back to the front. She asked me my name and then left too quickly even though I had a question about the “(N/A)” next to one of the items. She never explained this to me and I had to back to the main dining area. Another woman who seemed to be manager or owner told me it was out. She didn’t explain further. I had to ask if they were going to return my money for it. She said I needed to call Grubhub as if I should know that already.I believe they should treat customers better and with respect for their time. I would like to have been informed by phone that they were out so I could make other arrangements since one of our parties won’t be getting their meal. They should also update their online menus to reflect what they really have.How many customers have to contact third parties after online orders to get their money back?? I assume this must happen often.Also the packaging was bad. The leche flan I ordered was wedged between two hot items and ended up being really warm by the time I got home.
