Worst salad I’ve ever had. The hard boiled eggs had brown yolks, the avocados were brown, the lettuce was wilted, the chicken was incredibly dry and burned and the salad had very little flavor. Only thing good about this place was that our server was nice. He brought me a new piece of chicken when he saw I took it off. But even the new piece was just as dry. It’s like they pre make the chicken on Mondays and use it through the week.
Slow. Way too slow. Not only they are slow but the waitress doesn’t value the time of customers at all. Been sitting at the bar for ten minutes and there was only one bartender taking care all these people. And this lady happily went around slowly like she’s enjoying her afternoon walk. I don’t understand what’s to be so happy about keeping people waiting. Terrible terrible. Expect at least 45min to get your food (not to finish) if you’re eating here.
Service was absolutely terrible, took over 20 minutes just to get our order placed, with a dozen tables seated after us being served first. Waiter was very rude and acted like we were ridiculous for asking for a basic substitution that any legitimate restaurant would have accepted. Ordered two hamburgers that were terrible, completely bland with no seasoning and undercooked. Extremely overpriced. In hindsight I wouldn't have even paid $5 for these. Do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant.
Nice place to sit down for breakfast while waiting for the plane. It is quite pricey, honestly while we were eating we saw 4 different groups sit down, look at the menu and then get up and leave. I think the restaurant would benefit from posting a menu at the door so people could decide before coming in if they truly want to eat here or not. Over all food was good, orange juice tasted freshly squeezed.
I was traveling through for work so I don't normally check the prices so I was shocked to have spend $55 for a mediocre cheese steak, fries and two beer. I am very disappointed. The second most expensive dinner on my trip was $37 for similar quality (ORF airport restaurant).
As an airport venue, let's try sarcasm.The food and staff here were full of flavor. The type of flavor you encounter when speaking with someone who talks while chewing gum.
Food was nice enough but my eggs had hard yolks. Coffee wasn't very nice but the oj was good. Of course you're stuck in an airport so options are limited
It is one of the few sit downs restaurants in terminal 4 so it is worth 2 stars in my book based off that. Being able to relax with your party away from the hustle and bustle . The staff is friendly but I got a hair in my drink which brings down a star. The food is also alittle over priced but understandable for the rent it probably pays to be in JFK. The food is nothing special . Come in get your grub and relax kind of place .
Slow service and ridiculously expensive drinks. 18.50 for a mimosa. In a regular flute. Jokers.
The worst bartender on the planet award 2021-2022!!!! GRUMPY WILFREDO Well after many years of searching, I've finally found him! and boy he stands out like the billboards on times Square. He goes by the name of Wifredo!!!! If you would like a selfie or autograph, he's currently underperforming at terminal 4 JFK airport at Palm bar The most stroppiest, rude, impatient man you could ever have the misfortune of stumbling across. Steer clear of this place if you spot Wifredo behind the trap. If you want real great service with some wonderful staff, head to MI CASA....just round the corner from the Palm!
