The service was excellent. Our waitress was super accommodating and checked on us very often. The menu is incredibly huge, we literally spent 20 minutes deciding what to get. This is both good and bad because you have lots of options to fit your mood, but the quality for some of the plates are not exceptional. For instance, one of our pastas tasted pretty bland. The Jamaican shrimp plate was good and had some decent spice, but pretty inconsistent with some shrimps having shell pieces and others without. Whichever plate you decide to go for, you should definitely finish off with a slice of cheesecake. The ultimate red velvet cake slice is very good and can easily feed 4.

The food was perfect and delicious! The kitchen staff were lovely, kind, and sweet. Unfortunately, the waiters assigned to my table were absolutely horrible. The two men that waited on my family had such a horrible attitude. They acted like they could not be bothered. It was my birthday, and they didn’t even sing in celebration upon request from my husband and Dad. It’s a shame that my celebration was tainted by these two waiters. They were so unpleasant. If they are so unhappy with paying customers they should quit. If you are assigned to them request a change immediately!

Came in on a Sunday afternoon at around 5pm and had a 10 minute wait for a table, which wasn't bad at all. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and offered us great suggestions for food to eat as my partner hasn't been at a Cheesecake factory before. Service was a bit slow, but I can't fault the waiter or kitchen staff since it was obviously a busy weekend. We ended up ordering Crispy Fried Cheese (basically Mozzarella sticks dialled up to 10), Crispy Chicken Costoletta, and the Factory Meatloaf. The servings are huge for the price (the pictures don't do the food justice, sorry) and I couldn't even finish my dish! Would definitely come here again if only to try more things from the menu, it's a very extensive one!

The Four-Cheese Pasta was EXCELLENT! I used a spoon to scoop up the remaining sauce. The lunch portion was so much, I could not finish it all!I decided to try the Mango Ice and it tasted like eating a mango. It’s non-alcoholic too.I wasn’t going to but I couldn’t help myself. That Pineapple Upside Down Cheesecake was perfect. I want to order a full one for myself.

We came for lunch and weren’t disappointed. I ordered the Orange Chicken and my husband had the lunch Meatloaf. Food was tasty and the service excellent. We finished our meal off by sharing a slice of Oreo cheesecake.

We were seated quickly. The server Nick, was patient because it took me a while to try and go through the menu. He was great with recommendations also. The Ceasar Salad was the best. My only draw back is the menu... I became overwhelmed with amount of food ? like. I would suggest scaling down a tad bit. Overall it was a good experience. I would revisit just to try new meals.

The food was great and fresh. The waitress was so nice and accommodating. Also the place was very clean..

Always the best cheesecake of course. But also the best burger I've ever had. Smokehouse BBQ and lemon raspberry cheesecake. And our server Esther was exceptional

Definitely will be going again especially for the bbq Korean chicken with kimchi and cucumber. It was absolutely delicious especially the kimchi didn’t expect it to be so good. The cakes are delicious especially the Godiva.

My first time here. The atmosphere is nice. Food was good. I enjoyed the lunch.
