Go To coffee spot near my home. Upon moving to this neighborhood from East Astoria, I had to find some new faves and lucky me that I stumbled on the Barn.They have great coffee, lattes, smoothies, EMPANADAS, and other lunch items. All delicious ? Not to mention great staff that is always friendly, helpful and personable.Best coffee spot on your way to or from Astoria Park! Also they have great outdoor space to work/munch/chat with friends. Oh and sometimes live music! 10/10
Their egg sandwich with the avocado and bacon is off the chart good. Consistent each time I’ve had it. Not the belly bomb that it seems like, just a great sando. Everything else has been great too, ordered ready on time. Love the live music. Great stop on the way to astoria park on a Sunday morning!
Good coffee and a variety of breakfast options. Though a bit pricey, didn’t expect any less due to the location and what seemed fresh/quality ingredients. Overall, would come back!
Delicious chaggacino! Very friendly service. Small inside space with just a few seats but more ample seating outdoors. Food menu has a few vegan options, we just had a small pastry/cookie which was great. Will visit again.
A vibrant coffee shop with friendly and welcoming staff! Saturday live jazz is definitely a gem. But for the quality of beverages we had, it still feels a bit pricey. Iced latte was $5.25.
A delightful coffee shop, serving very good food, coffee and delicious smoothies. My mixed berry smoothie was excellent and I really loved the avocado toast. The outdoor seating area is delightfully decorated - don't miss the guitar signed by "Elvis Presley"! So happy we stopped here for lunch.
I love The Barn! It has a great vibe and delicious food. Everyone is so nice. They’re consistent and reliable which is comforting after the last few years. I could eat on of their empanadas everyday and almost do haha. Definitely check out the live jazz music they have on Saturdays. Awesome Astoria hang.
The black coffee is slightly better tasting than dunkin's and less roasted more flavorful than starbucks.I tried this place for three times already and Im always happy with the quality of ingredients and the service of staff members.I'm very surprised they have the mushroom coffee, chagacciano because I been wanting to try it and noone else in the area offers it. The empanadas are delicious.
This cute little coffeeshop in Astoria is located few blocks away from 30av stop and Astoria Park.They offer outside seating, vegan options and wifi. Their staff is very friendly. My oat latte was $4.90I will visit again and share more about my second experience once i go back.(Feb 2022)
The Barn Coffee Shop is my local go-to for matchas and a little something to eat. Empanadas are fantastic and the BECA breakfast sandwich. The people who work here are always so kind. A must-stop spot!
