I used to hate Fridays however this experience was top rated. Excellent service, delicious food, clean restaurant, lovely hostess. Even my picky side kick agreed that the food was delicious. Will visit again with the whole family.
Food is great in person but here delivery leaves much to be desired and customer service in that area leaves much to be desired as well they skimp on what they give you compared to in restaurant and seem to not care when called out on it
When we first walked in, the hostess was not available. We stood there waiting. When the hostess came, she was very rude and unprofessional. We sat down at a table in a section that was empty but yet the hostess sat people on our lap. When we asked to move, the hostess had a very nasty attitude and told us we couldn’t move to another table. So we waited for our waitress. When the waitress arrived, she went to a table that arrived after our party. Very disappointing. This caused us to get up and leave.I understand if you are short staffed, but stay organized and be a bit more compassionate to your customers who are patiently waiting for you.We will not be coming back to this location again.
Kept it simple with chicken fingers and fries. 2 half priced margaritas hit the spot. You must show proof of Vax to enter.
I wouldn’t return here, was given an order with undercooked chicken. The wings were literally pink inside. As soon as I bit into it I spit it out. I ordered a patter that was supposed to feed 4-6 people it was less food than their appetizer combo which is beyond ridiculous. I would never come back to this location. Their food and drinks were not cooked properly!
The service was supper slow a ?At the end of meal my stepson was waiting for is sundae it literally took over 10 minutes.And also my husband steak was very tough.And we had to ask like 3 times for water.
I like Fridays but the service was horrible & it wasn't busy.
We came in and ordered a 4 appetizers. Half the food was luke warm, one was hot and one was cold. No utensils ever given. One of the appetizers apparently came with fries and we ordered a basket of loaded fries without knowing and the waiter never pointed out that we ordered double of what we could have saved on and turned into loaded fries which we could have saved on and well also have eaten if we had been given utensils as well as been not served luke warm. First time here and chances are last time too. Never had this type of bad service on Long Island so I guess that's just the way things are done in queens.
2 stars for the decent service but the food was lousy. I used to eat here regularly years ago and popped in recently and the menu was limited and the grilled chicken I got just tasted horrid. I couldn’t even finish it. The remodel they did in the intervening years is depressing.
