One of worst and most disgusting Texas locations there are. worst customer service . They do not answer their phone. I tried calling them after seeing multiple hairs in my food to complain but they did not pick up not once! Because of that I am leaving this review. How in the hell does the owner allow workers to work without a hat or a hair net ? If I could give this a 0 star I would!
I got tenders and they were great. I've ordered from this spot multiple times and never had any issues with my meal. This spot is always busy, so I expect to wait. With the constant stream of people walking in and mobile orders, I wonder if this location is understaffed because you can clearly see they are scrambling to fulfill orders. I really hope the management sees this review and reconsiders the number of staff they have working because otherwise it would be a disservice to their workers.
We love getting food from Texas. However, this is the second time we're coming here and their grill is closed. Their hours are listed as closing at 3:30AM every day except 4:30AM on Friday and Saturday. We came at 2AM and were told they only have fried chicken, and another time we came around 3AM on a weekend and was told it was too late. They never pick up the phone either, so how are we supposed to know when they decide to shut the grill? Not everyone lives 5 minutes away. I called the store in front of the worker and it rang. The worker told me they were busy. But they never pick up their phone.I worked in fast food before, I get it. Nobody likes last minute customers especially when the workers are cleaning and trying to go home. But closing the grill and starting cleaning 2 hrs before actual closing time, c'mon now. Either pick up the phone to inform your customers who actually go out of their way to inquire about hours, or just change your hours. Maybe add in a disclaimer, like we shut off the grill 2 hrs before actual posted closing time, and only sell fried chicken from that point on.Now that I got my rant out of the way, I love the Hell Burger!
This is a very friendly restaurant you can go there by you know some fast food chicken burger and veggie burger ? everything feels good and they have good biscuit too and you can order some soda or water things like that it's a good place to buy food when you're on the go. However the most amazing thing it's open 24/7 I highly recommend this place...
I love coming here except this is now the 2nd time in a row they forgot to give me the fries I paid for. Tried to call and nobody picks up.UPDATE: I went back today and explained what had happened and the girl working the register was very nice, she made everything right ! Really happy now
The place looked clean but the floor was sticky in places and slippery in others. Slippery as in not using enough soap in the mop bucket. The sandwich I ordered was good. Freshly made and piping hot. Flavor was ok but the ingredients were clean and fresh. Good plump chicken with a crispy bite.
I love Taxes Chicken. I tried more than 3 times on this location but the chicken was not well cooked no doubt it’s very busy location but the guys always in a hurry not giving proper time for cooking. Service is awful. I’m not recommending this location.
Many Texas spots in the community but this is the best because there are very kind people working there. Including a girl named Preet. She is very professional and deserves more credit. A must go spot to eat.
Called ahead to order fried chicken for pickup, the guy at the restaurant said I do not need to order over the phone as they have fresh chicken ready to go. Once arrived to this Taxes Chicken and Burger (Floral Park, NY) I ordered 9 pieces of fried chicken and it came with 3 pieces biscuits. I served the chicken and biscuits to my family as soon as I got home and all the chicken and biscuits were STALED. They were properly made for lunch then refried and were sold to me around 6pm.I try to call them few times but they would not pick up my phone calls, probably they see my number as I had called ahead and realized I was calling to complaint about their staled food.This was not the only time I got staled food from this restaurant but I wanted to give them another chance, I guess I will never go back to this restaurant again.The workers and the management of this Taxes Chicken and Burger (Floral Park, NY) clearly doesn't care about the quality of food they serve their customers.I would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone.
First time trying this and i have to say Texas Chicken and Burgers taste way better than Popeyes or KFC to be honest. Very fresh and no after flavor. In overall I will be definitely be ordering here again.
