One of my favorite bubble tea places in all of NYC! High quality ingredients starting from the tea leaves to the tapioca pearls.Taro Latte | AMAZING. Milk blended with real taro root pureed with no sugar. That's right, folks. Real taro root. None of that mystery powder. Space | Quaint space that seats about 15 people, very nice staff.
I've tried most of the menu. The Amber oolong tea with signature cream and boba (no added sugar the way I order it. The cream and boba bring plenty sweetness) is the best bubble tea you can get, but everything is very very good. They do it right here. Each order is brewed fresh. The seasonal menu gives the regulars some variety. Don't miss this spot of you're in the area
Tea is great!HOWEVER customer service is horrible if not the worst I’ve experienced.I ordered bubble tea delivery got canceled without any notification. Called and asked why. Customer service said they are not taking orders at the moment (but why open on the platform then?) asked me to order in 30min which I did.I put a note specifically no oats and then called to confirm if they can do that. They fist said no and refused to find my any solution. then someone sounded like a manager said they will take care of it. Then an hour later boom - order canceled again! Without giving me a call or anything!Again, tea is great but owner plz improve your customer service to match up your product. None of your worker even TRY to find solutions for your customer. Looking at the previous posts I’m not the only one complaining abt it.
love this place! all their tea flavors are on point. their boba is probably one of best quality boba i’ve ever had. staff is already friendly and helpful with selections.
I order from them all the time it’s mostly good but this evening (Jan 4th) the oats tasted sour.Edit: no it’s not fruit sour, I can tell the difference between fruit things and things that turn bad okay? And it’s not in the tea it’s just in the oats. Own your mistake like a responsible company please. I’m literally having diarrhea rn
Frequent customer since Teazzi opened in NYC. We asked for an extra bag since we were giving another drink to a friend and the employee was being rude. Do I need to pay for an extra bag? If so, just tell us upfront, there’s no need for the attitude.
Bubble tea was good, have flavors that are not typically found at other places. Pricy for sure. There are also breads from Bake Culture to purchase.
I was underwhelmed by their bakery selection. It doesn't seem like the food is baked there but seems like it is just brought over from another bakery. He didn't taste fresh and was dry. I go to a lot of Korean bakeries and I would rank this on the lower end on the positive side they have an endless election of high quality teas
Teazzi is one of our favorite spots for bubble tea and we love their House Milk Tea which is mixed with chewy oat so much. We highly recommend to order your drink with 30% sugar. They currently have three locations in NYC and we think this one in Long Island City is the best due to it's wide-spaced environment & cozy ambiance.
Very clean storefront and has friendly staffs. Drinks are delicious but a tad on the pricey end, which is understandable considering its location.
