I do love their food but if you order multiple orders, there's a chance that they will mix up the orders. I think they need either more staff or better management. They get a lot of orders and seem overwhelmed at times
My order was roasted meatballs but when I got home and opened up to my dismay it was chicken. Next time I will have to open up and check before leaving the restaurant . Didn’t expect this though.
Today's the last day I would ever eat at Taim. They used to be really good when there was only one location in the city..with them branching out, the quality of the food has suffered tremendously! Did an order pick-up..asked for extra sauce on the side, which they didn't include. Their fries were terribly soaked in oil, and were so soggy and mushy! Their almost 5 bucks organic drinks contain no label, how do I know it's actually organic? Need to find a better flafel place in Queens because this is absolutely not worth it!!
Good tasty food. Try their falafel bowl. Unfortunately I was given lesser sauces.
Got the hummus romaine base with chicken, veggies, and s' rug dressing. The flavors were amazing. Colorful, healthy, filling and refreshing.
I don’t usually make reviews as I find it a waste of time but this is ridiculous . On Friday the third of September I attempted to order a falafel bowl it was 8:45-8:50 it was late but to my understanding this location does not close till 9. I went to order the woman at the cashier told me that they were unfortunately only able to sell chicken at the moment. I was not interested and left. Last night I attempted to order again this time I decided to try my luck with the chicken only to be told they were now out of chicken and this was at 8Pm!!!. Clearly you guys are unprepared for business. I unfortunately will no longer my trying my look with this establishment.
It's decent food and good options for vegetarians. Slightly on the expensive side, but undeniably one of the best options in Jax & Co. food court.
Location was a bit tricky to find - it’s actually located INSIDE JACX & CO. (We had to go around the block a couple of times before we found it). It’s sad to see that a few of the other Taim locations closed during covid, which is why we made our way over to the LIC location to try it out for the first time.Pros:- Fresh, tasty food- JACX & CO. is very spacious, modern, and clean. LOTS of space to eat here- Lots of other food options available - great for people who want different thingsCons:- Location is a bit tricky to find- Service was a little slowFirst of all, JACX & CO. has a ton of different food options - so if you’re looking for a one-stop shop with a group of people who all want different things, this is your place to go. The interior is really large, clean, and modern. I was actually surprised how nice it was inside!Taim also changed their menu and is no longer offering platters (which is disappointing), and instead offers bowls (select a base, add protein, etc.). I ended up with a bowl with hummus base, falafel (their green falafel is my fav), and it comes with some of their other veggies. We also got their fries with both dips (the spicy ketchup was definitely a winner!). Food was fresh and warm, and I enjoyed it as much as I have when getting food from their flatiron location.Would recommend stopping by if you’re indecisive about what to eat or with someone/a group that wants different cuisines!
Time to get over your price gouging. Your main overhead are vegetables and some chicken. Your delivery fee is absurd and none of it goes to the delivery person. It should not cost 32.00 for a bowl of veggies and a drink. You inflate everything. Stop it!Your food is good but being overcharged puts a bad taste in ones mouth. There are other places to go- less greedy. Never again sadly. You are a rip off.
Ordered a chicken bowl but they left out the cous cous base. Then after trying to correct the order they remove the entire chicken portion. And to think I tip them for this service? Never again will I go there. This is not the first time they screw up.
