The pizza tacos are back and we're glad! Pls bring back the strawberry and blue raspberry slushies. Also, drive thru has better service.
Clean and well maintained with an extensive Menu. Staff is always polite as well as the food being good. Only 1 issue I have is that the prices seem as they have REALLY went up ALOT! Even for a Single Soft Taco. But then again, everything everywhere is literally going up drastically. Im just saying..
I don’t normally take the time to review a fast food restaurant being what it is but firstly the drive thru wasn’t functioning for some reason maybe technical problems but that was disappointing made me almost cancel ordering here but then once I got inside, I couldn’t even order in- line the lady told me to place my order on the kiosk which I didn’t want to do but sure, then I got my order once they call your name and I got my cup to self serve, I couldn’t find the lid for them and that was frustrating, it turns out that they are literally in the wall next to the machine, not super obvious either but the ladies here seem nice I know it’s not easy dealing with ignorant people all day but they all clearly hate their jobs or have an attitude problem you can just tell by how they react and respond to you. Some employees where cleaning the entire place and it’s 1 pm like that should have been done opening hours and I almost fell slipped on the floor with the mopping action happening lol, so overall the service experience all together could have been more pleasant but no so I respect everyone for trying and working but I give them a 2 star for my overall experience coming here . Menu has been vastly reduced. Prices increased and you now must order from a kiosk. Hard to access the menu items, and who wants to touch that dirty touch screen. Bring back the workers to take your orders and stop being so cheap. I left without ordering. Extremely disappointed and won't be returning.
How this spot has 4 stars is beyond me. We Uber-eated this spot 2am on Sunday 4/24/22. We called to make sure they put sauce in the bag. Women on phone guaranteed they would. We got no sauce and they forgot a drink. On top of that, all the food was so poorly proportioned. It’s near impossible to eat Taco Bell without drowning in sauce.. so having it almost full tortilla didn’t help at all. I think I’ll never order Taco Bell in New York again.
Support local taco bell. Little neck location closed couple years ago and only Miss it when it's gone. Very good location fast and consistent quality ??
What a joke, I've been coming here since I'm 9 years old as my parents own a house in the area. My order was covered in sauce and I had to drive back to get it replaced by the $15/hour workers. So the franchisee has to suffer and the customers have to suffer for worthless employees...God bless america
Nice and clean very friendly and fast take service. They have all you can drink soda fountain if you in sugar rush. The only thing is menu kinda small on the wall so with my glasses it's still hard too see.
Worst fast-food place in entire NEW YORK.Anything you get from drive-thru is always COLD such a shame.Especially quesadilla cheese is never melted and tacos are cold.?????????
No indoor dining. Drive Thru and take out only. Plenty of parking. It's Covid, so you can not eat inside. No problem.They have many kiosks to place your orders as well and avoid unhappy employees. Food was cold.This seems to be consistent, but I keep coming back because it is convenient.App always gives me problems, so I can't redeem my deals. Very frustrating. Store can't help with that. Corporate issue, but customers suffer.
