The sushi looks delicious and fresh and the prices are unbeatable, but the rice was kinda hard and the soy sauce they give you wasn't sushi soy sauce. In fact, it was like cheap dark Chinese soy sauce. It had a bit of a bitter aftertaste and wasn't umami salty at all. It made my sushi experience kinda meh. I'm hoping the hard, stale rice was a one time thing. The dressing on the salad that came with it was kinda diluted too. I'm not sure if I'll order from them again. Maybe if I have a craving for sushi and I have temporary amnesia, I will order from them again.

It’s so disappointing. The sashimi were not fresh at all. Only salmon & white tuna sashimi were ok. Others like tuna, & yellow tail tasted like been in the fridge too long. The striped bass (according to the waitress-the circled one) were too fishy. Been having sashimi on some Japanese restaurants on Queens boulevard, only this time I wanted to throw up after eating.The sushi looked good but never tried it. My conclusion for a sushi restaurant, if the sashimi as basic component isn’t fresh, I won’t ever come & try again for other menu.

I've been ordering from here for a few years now. The food is always great with the portions just right. However, if you plan on ordering for take out then make sure to order well ahead of time. They've been taking a while to prepare the orders and the manager had apologized last time I went for the delay. She said they lacked manpower to get all the orders ready on time. No complaints from me as long as the food is good.

Delicious food and super duper sweet service! After a day of traveling on an empty stomach I picked the best spot. Staff were welcoming and the paradise troll, mushroom soup and Thai iced tea were filling and so very tasty.

I went there with my family few times we always pay tips . I understand that restaurant service they make money through paychecks and tips . Their food is good no complain on that . But when bills time come I was signing the paper and they stuff way standing top of my head and pointing where to see the tips and how much I should pay and rushing me. That’s not how it goes. I was thinking I’m going to pay the tips cash . She was not moving at all and didn’t even let me think at all. I was so annoyed by her behavior . Then I just paid tips on my card and got out . My sister and mom was behind me . That lady had stop my mom and my sister and she didn’t let them go so I went inside to see what happened. She was not satisfied with her tips and she was telling them to call me . So I can give her more tips . I asked what happened. She behaved so rude with me and told us in-front of the whole store . This not how they should do client service. You wanna get tips be humble let your clients do their own thing or put service charge that you think fit for your restaurant. You can’t hold a client door and tell them not to come in the restaurant if they didn’t give you tips that you wanted. Be humble and don’t act and make clients so uncomfortable before they can tip you. Maybe then they will give you nice tips. That was such a bad experience. Ruin my whole mode . That’s not acceptable.

Very disgusted with my visit today. Worst place to eat at. Found hair in their food. Broken plates and sauce pots. My drink fell by accident they didn’t replace it without me paying for another one. Do not ever go to this place to eat. I promise you are going to be disgusted and upset at their Service. Trust me do not go their to ruin your day.

The staff is very disoriented. They are so confused when it comes to take out and dine in. It is understandable during busy times to have one person to call out the names for the people who are taking out but no their whole system is messed up where all the customers have to wait more than 30 minutes.Even during Covid, they don’t follow protocol to have mask entirely on.

Just ordered an UberEats order with the usual spicy salmon and spicy tuna rolls to only find out both spicy salmon and one spicy tuna roll were bad. After taking a bite I could taste and “smell” a very foul taste that doesn’t belong there. I’ve had these rolls at numerous restaurants and this is the first time I’ve had to throw out rolls for not being fresh. Ridiculous.

Seeping in oil. Used to be good. I felt nauseous after eating it. They don’t keep in mind of how many customers r outside they just leave u standing
