I was in transit at jfk waiting for my flight to Paris. I am starbucks mug collecter and wanted to buy a been there series. The price is $12.95 everywhere but it seems starbucks jfk adds a $2 fee on its mugs without any sound explanation. I tried to know why the actual price on the mug was not 12.95 but 14.95, but the manger told me there was an additional airport fée....ugh, if so the price displayed should then be 14.95 and not 12.95. I said it was a pour argument I didn’t buy. He was unable to give the slightest argument after asking how come two different prices. I will never buy anything again in a nyc starbucks. At chicago O'Hare, mugs are 12.95.....with no fusse airport fee.

This location accepted mobile orders. Me along with copious amount of other people waiting for mobile orders to be told “we don’t do mobile orders” and to call Starbucks to get our money back.If you’re going to have thousands of people a day pay for mobile orders, you should at least have a sign saying that you’re not accepting mobile orders.Employees had no remorse. Now I have to call Starbucks to get my money back. This one is operated by a company called HMSHost.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Whoever the young lady was that worked the register at around 8 am on 3/22 with a black headband has a terrible attitude! She argued with me about how I ordered my drink and when I asked what the problem was, she fell silent and ignored me. She needs to work as a barista (or another position that doesn’t require her to speak to customers) if she is incapable of giving decent customer service.

Super friendly staff and they work super fast. Thank you!

Asked for a Caramel Macchiato and got hot chocolate with Caramel in it beacuse saw him putting caramel sauce and not coffe of course wich is the worst ... customers please pay attention every place you go what people do

Made my coffee incorrectly twice.. I just threw it out as dealing with the rude and clearly angry staff was not worth the effort or abuse. Money poorly spent at this specific location for sure..

You would think that a terminal this large would have more then one Starbucks or at least staff it with more ppl. Early morning flights line almost down to the jetblue customer service area in the middle of the terminal has 3 ppl working

I don’t know why in an International Airport like JFK the Starbucks close so early. At 8pm with the airport full they are closed.

This is the worst coffee experience I've ever had. More than 30 minutes in line, but no alternatives. Disgraceful.

Ridiculous long lines. Over 40 minute wait. Terrible especially for an airport location. The lines in the USSR for bread were shorter and faster than this.
