This place is nice place ! But what much costumer take out his shoes, that is no healthy for others costumers ! What happen do everybody take out shoes ???
I ordered a latte but the way they made it really disgusting. It’s test like a coffee. I asked them but they said this they way Starbucks made latte. Sorry ?
This place is failing regularly now. I used to give a pass on slow service in the morning because it was so busy. Today though? I order on the app (as I almost always do) and a lot of stuff is sold out. That's fine, it's nearly 6 pm. I end up with a white chocolate mocha with oatmilk. I wait over 10 mins while I'm settling into my work. No drink. I hear my name and "tell her there is no more oatmilk." So I say "use coconut milk instead" Almost 10 mins later I still have no drink and there almost no one in line. I go to the baristas and they say we never asked about your drink. So I clarify what my name is. The barista slides someone name Nicole's drink in front of me. I wait. Almost 5 mins later no drink. I ended up asking for a refund. The barista insists he made my drink. SMH. I'm so over this location. Starbucks corporate definitely heard from me about this.
Very upset and disappointed. The review won't do much to correct the lack of giving AF. The oatmeal was raw completely raw, the coffee was so bad and bitter and not what I order I have blonde esspresso everyday this was not it. I am so angry that I paid for something I will throw out. I have come to the conclusion that unless you're picking up your order starbucks will do whatever the hell they're in the mood at the moment. It's always a hit or miss. Especially with this location. I am over it!
This is my local Starbucks and I absolutely love the workers. Great service in the morning wait time is usually a little longer but helps if you order ahead on app.
Service was good but the homeless people just sitting inside killed it. I’m sure the employees just didn’t want problems with them so they just sit there.
This is the second time I ordered from them for a delivery and they incorrectly made the drink. The coffee I have now, I can’t even drink it, it’s gross. I’m so disappointed and for the price of the coffee everything should be made correctly.
Love the workers there. Super friendly and understanding. Had an interview and asked the front if they can lower the music. Got the job! Since it's Jamaica and a central transit center, not the cleanest but better than what I expected.
Timing is on point, friendly and welcoming barists. Warm experience and amazing coffee. Recommend ordering the seasonal Chestnut Praline.
