the service in this store has changed a lot, when this store opened the employees that were there were friendly they greeted you they made you feel very good, after the change of the store the employees that are there are very different they treat you very badly, they do not have that charisma to attend, in the last two times that I have gone to buy coffee I have had to wait more than 20 minutes for a coffee, there is and they give it to you wrong, you ask for hot and they give it to you cold, many customers waiting and there are many employees but they do not attend to you they just walk by without caring that the client is waiting for a coffee, I hope that my next visit will be better attention.
I order everyday on UberEATS And 9 out of ten orders have been extremely disappointing, mocha cookie crumble or chocolate cookie crumble frappuccinos should have chocolate syrup on top of the whipped cream with the cookie crumble I might get one out of 10 orders that actually has it done correctly it is ridiculous that the drink cannot be made correctly whether you're very busy or not you should make the drink as it's supposed to be and as it's paid for I didn't pay for a plane frap with no chocolate syrup and no cookie crumble
A super nice barista named Nessa, helped me with a few things really well!There's no seating here, but it's a quick in/out busy area that never seems crowded!

the drinks here taste like regular iced coffee unlike other places. paying extra for something that taste like an ice coffee isn't fair at all

I ordered a cafe moca and it was so bad, and way too hot. To add to that, the cup was only three quarter full. They could've easily added some more milk to fill it up and make it a little less hot.
