I ordered in Uber eats- iced coffee with ice, whipped cream, and caramel drizzle. But I don’t get any of them and the Iced coffee is like watery. Without ice how I can drink the iced coffee? Also, I ordered three chocolate croissants to warm it up but I got hard chocolate croissants. I’m so disappointed I’ll never order from this store. I never tasted iced coffee like that from Starbucks. Seriously it's not expectable
Rude customer service. So far, I have never wrote a bad review but I feel needed for today. I ordered four drinks and went to pick up my order. One of the drink was already out, so I used a tray and waited for the other drinks to be ready. The girl who hands out the drink saw me waiting with a tray, gave me a dirty look and said ‘next time let us do it’. She should have not said it that way and looked at customer like that.
Always stop by for my morning coffee. Great staff, sometimes packed but they get the job done! Starbucks is always the best as a Seattle native.

extremely rude barista I asked for more cinnamon powder and she threw half my drink out. then I said please can I get a new one she said you can pay for a refill. her tone was so rude too and she was being so dismissive
I generally have an AMAZING experience here. Unfortunately, the APPALLING behavior of two female baristas working the evening shift on Friday 1/14 compelled me to write this review. I am in UTTER DISBELIEF about what we experienced today. At the very least folks need to know treating people poorly is not okay. Scoffing, eye rolling, and complaining across the store to your coworkers regarding a customer (who's standing right there with their child) is NOT okay.Anyway, let me reiterate that a LOT of baristas here -- especially morning folks -- are AWESOME. I don't know if these two baristas were having a bad day or projecting other client experiences, either way nobody -- and their 13 year old kid -- deserves to be treated this way over a coffee (or anything). Do better, ya'll. A little kindness goes a long way.
This is not a typical welcoming Starbucks, you get a feeling of a Starbucks that is in the right spot because it's situated on a major road. The feeling I got is like a pit stop people just come and go, there's no atmosphere for sit down and chill and enjoy the afternoon here. You will probably enjoy more by going next door Red Mango lol
Always good coffee, a bit pricey but the best
This Starbucks location, just like the others, is nice. It is clean and well organized. The staff works feverishly but, the wait time is a little long because it is usually very busy, especially in the morning and after lunch times. There is, seating available, and if you're lucky, you can get one.
