Ana the manager today (03/27) had a nasty attitude. She made the drink wrong and snatched it back with an attitude and when I ask to speak to the manager she said it was her. Stating how she doesn’t have an attitude. She has horrible customer service and if she’s treating someone who speaks English in FLUSHING like this I can’t imagine how she deals with customers who don’t. Will not be coming back to this location. Starbucks do better and hire managers who aren’t rude and can’t admit they have an attitude problem.

super inefficiency! Not busy at all, 7 people were working in the store, but take 6 minutes finally get someone took care of me.

I don’t really like to leave a review, but this Starbucks is the friendliest location ever. I’ve gone to more than 100+ locations in the past but this is one of my favorite. They are fast, friendly and coffee / tea tastes amazing.

They need to call out when mobile orders are ready. I ordered through my phone and when I got there, i asked if my order was ready. They looked around and said it is coming out. I waited about 15 minutes and asked again, and it turned out the mobile order was ready but they had not said anything. The problem is, this is not a one-off. It happens a lot with every mobile order. They need to call out a name for the mobile order just like they do with any other order. I cannot check it myself because they have the mobile orders behind a partition with a sign that says not to reach over. I cannot ask if the order is mine every time they put a completed order in the mobile section. At the very least, if I ask about an order and that order comes out, let me know. Is that too much to ask? I find it easier to go to a Starbucks that is farther away than to deal with the way they do things here.
