Asked for a venti ice water the red head male worker gives me a full cup of water no ice. When I tell him what the order was he looks at the guy on the register then pours out more than half of the water and spitefully packs it with ice. Water to ice ratio all off and still pouring water out to add more ice. Idk if attitudes come with the job description in some of these eateries but maybe im late to the news. Touching all over the lid with his bare hands and didn't offer a straw I had to ask the cashier for one. Um so im supposed to wait for the ice to melt in 27 degree weather to have an even glass to quench my thirst yeah no.
3 (Can you believe it!?) bathrooms in back. Real lifesavers. Good place to work.
Great place to stay some time working or reading. Is not so smaller than the others.
Workers are friendly and kind. Iove them more than food there.
Don’t go to this location if you need to be somewhere on time. Literally ordered 20-25 mins prior arriving (mobile order). And didn’t receive my order. There were people who walked in and received their order 2 mins after. There’s a lack of teamwork. They were working on my order and still waited 10 mins more because one person passed on my drink and the other didn’t bother to finish my drink. Wasn’t until a different worker took my drink. I usually don’t complain on any business but it’s not my first experience in this location. And I felt it only fair to contribute to the community. Please go to the location at qbp south next to the train station.
I love Starbucks, but this specific location lacks quality customer service and efficiency. The drinks come out alright considering the high staff turnover, but if you’re in a rush, I’d visit the location at Queens Plaza South instead, where you’ll find familiar faces week after week, and faster, higher quality service.

The worst possible coffee shop with the worst and most inattentive workers. This place is always busy with people who are waiting to get their orders. But the wait is crested by the clueless people who work behind the counter. Avoid at all cost. The while staff needs to be changed with better trained people.
I have to say I’m very disappointed with the service at this Starbucks location. I don’t normally post negative reviews unless the service/product is really, really bad that it merits a negative review. On 9/30/2021, I went to this Starbucks and pre-ordered my coffee and spinach feta wrap in advance. After I arrived (about 10 mins later) I waited for the spinach wrap, which wasn’t a big deal honestly. However, I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes at the store for the a pastry that should’ve only taken 3 minutes to heat up. I spoke to the woman working the oven and she realized she hadn’t even popped the pastry in the oven. She seemed pretty unfazed about it and continued to do other things until I spoke to her again. That’s when she finally placed the wrap into the oven. I must’ve waited about 35 minutes before my order was taken care of. By then, my lunch break was already pretty and I had to rush back to work. It seems as though this Starbucks has gone downhill and it’s employees don’t really care what kind of service they provide or how long their customers are waiting for their orders. I am never going back to this Starbucks again even though I live in the area.
