I have to say.. I've been going to this Starbucks for years!! And when I say one of the shift leads was completely unprofessional, it would be a complete understatement!! I when in today, to order a couple of breakfast bites. I went to the register to order. And the Young women with glasses, who I Believe to be a shift lead, just happen to be taking my order, I ordered two orders of the kale and mushroom bites. I explained I would like to orders, and with an attitude she's requested that it was four. Obviously there's two servings in one order. So to her lack of understanding, she kept aggressively saying I that I wanted want it four!! When I explained, no two orders! Then I explain to her you're kind of confusing me. She rolls her eyes and then aggressively starts talking under her breath. Ignores me and looks at the window while they're other people waiting online to take their orders well. I had asked if I could speak to the manager and if there was a card and she with an attitude said no the managers name is Julie and you can call the store. I feel like the worst part of it all is that after I got my order I actually overheard her talking about me to the other employees behind the register! It's as if she had too much pride and she needed to prove that she was right about the orders I get it there are two servings in an order which of course would make four pieces. But two orders, and four orders are to different things! It's the way she was talking to me as if I was stupid. And then looking at the other customers that was the race as her so they can chime in. I felt so 'embarrassed, because IGo there a lot. She makes it seem like she has a complex. As a shift leader you should never talk about a another costumer on the floor!!

I ordered online for this Starbucks. I walked in three minutes later and my order was waiting for me. The barista behind the counter was friendly and made sure to acknowledge me as I picked up my order. If parking were better, I would go back more often.

Really did enjoy the strawberry with lemonade.

Clean and cozy. This location is following covid protocol. This was my first visit to Starbucks so the barista was extremely helpful. She was patient and explained the cup sizes varieties of milk offered and the best coffee blend to feed my addiction. Will visit this location again. Close to the F train and Queens Blvd. buses.

There's this one barista here who--completely coincidentally--has the same name as me and looks very much like me. The company should DEFINITELY send him on a paid trip to Costa Rica to see their coffee farm.

They are efficient and fast but if they don't have an ingredient some of staff doesn't tell you and they just put what they want.

As with any Starbucks the place was clean and baristas friendly. However my coffee was akin to mud despite 2 shots of vanilla and they forgot to put milk in it entirely. Unfortunately I was rushing to catch the bus and hadn't tasted it until already boarded and pulling away. Disappointing.

Closes a bit early but I guess most people don't drink coffee after 8pm? Clean and convenient location.

They sometimes be forgetting to add some additional syrups that I requested and payed money for. Other than that, pretty solid service.

So slow and so long. everyone does something just not with clients, one cashier and one barista on a weekday morning. no, that's not right.
