I stopped at this delicious place just before getting on the LaGuardia Link bus Q70. They're food is delicious, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the prices and portions are fantastic! I had the Alu Dum appetizer (potatoes), and the Tofu Ngopa with rice. Highly recommend!

We ordered food for pick up through phone and their telephone audio was HORRIBLE. So my sister could not understand what the lady working at Spicy Tibet was saying and had apologized many times while asking for the customer service lady to repeat what she was saying. The employee who answered our phone gave us such an attitude while saying “oh my god”… I’m wondering why? We did nothing wrong. Why did she complain about how busy the restaurant is to us? We are just another customer. It is not our fault for how busy things are, your job is to take our order which we were respectful about. My sister did not deserve to be spoke to with such disrespect. Food taste alright, it was just more bitter eating such food after being spoken rudely by your employee. The cashier was fine, she said she will tell the lady who spoke on the phone with us but honestly that will not change her rude behavior. Horrible customer service. Fix that attitude when people are coming to you kindly. I’m really disgusted and hope she learns to look in the mirror within herself to fix her own issues before talking rudely to others.

Don't even bother calling them, they will say they are “closed” but it’s 5pm weekend day, it’s obviously not closed. They just didn’t want to take the orders without tips, trashy workers, I hope the boss knows the service they’re providing. With other restaurants in town, spicy Tibet will go down for sure.

WORST EXPERIENCE!! WORST RESTAURANT!!!!We ordered a bunch of order through Uber eats (9 items). I received only 2 chowmein and a gyuma. When I reached out to the uber eats driver, he said he only got 2 bags, with different delivery addresses. So I called Spicy Tibet, the girl on the phone was its not our fault, I sent the food,. I dont know anything else. The attitude with which she talked to a paying customer was absolutely terrible. I am shocked and surprised at how Spicy Tibet's owner hires people with these kind of attitudes. No matter how many times I tried to explain the situation to her she was not listening at all, and kept repeating the same thing over and over again in a rude way., and said I don't care you are not going to get a penny back when we requested for a refund. Never ordering from here again. Shame on spicy Tibet for treating your customers in such a bad way. I don't care about the missing food, it was the way they talked and treated us.

I was charged $12 for 6 fried momo in a sizzler. By far the most expensive momo I ever had in queens. Momos tasted like they were first heated in microwave and then thrown on to sizzler because it burnt my mouth even when I cut it into 2 pieces and ate the half. Never again.

Was there last week and back again today. The food is delicious, price is reasonable, and the service is great.

I've been coming to this place for a while. And this is one of my favorite restaurant in Jackson Heights. I always go there with my friends or take a pick up order. But today i went to pick up my order and i paid with card. Then the cashier told me you didn't put tips, you need to put tip. I am like for pick up order as well? She was like YES. I was worried for a sec if i dont have any loose cash on me or not. But luckly when I reached my pocket i found 3 dollars and I put it on the tips jar.I don't know if i am wrong but i am on a impression that if i am just picking up my food myself and i don't take your services then i don't have to pay the tips. But i guess i am wrong. And its not that i am being cheap as well. If i dine in and use your services i always pay good tips. Because like i said its my favorite restaurant but little things like this matters. But i guess its the restaurants new policy ??‍♂️.Sorry if i didn't understand your new policy.

Food is good. I just don’t like the fact that they don’t pick up calls when I’m trying to make a to go order. Also they decreased the size of tingmo by half lol ?‍♂️. Cmon it’s just dough!

The best restaurant with best food in town. No other Nepalese or Tibetan restaurant can beat their Momo or Chicken chilly

First time tried veggie soup momo!!! It was Absolute delight!!
