Was a great restaurant. Took friends visiting NYC for first time. They loved it. Only thing is bottomless isn't bottomless. It's 3 drinks max.

While the restaurant boasts about its Puerto Rican cuisine,itâs apparent that the food is being made by other ethnicities. (Non Puerto Rican). Puerto Rican cuisine taste best when created by Puerto Ricans, because they know the flavors and the textures of their delicious foods , and they know how to prepare them like they were taught by their Puerto Rican ancestors. The cuisines were created and delivered in a beautiful setting only to disappoint you once you took the first bite. Pier to Ricans take pride in their cooking and what they put out for you to eat and enjoy. I didnât have that experience in Sofritos . The food was horrible The food had no flavor! I will never go there again or recommend your restaurant to anyone
Food is ALWAYS delicious here, and GREAT to bring a newbie to try their hand with Spanish food...Only issue was the lighting was too dark
