There was a big line but the service was pretty quick and I very much enjoyed my double burger and fries! They were both very fresh and so good as always!!

This was my first visit to Shake Shack and I was very underwhelmed. The fries were ok (average crinkle fry) and the burger in the lettuce wrap left little to be desired. The bacon on the burger was pretty good, but that’s about it. The lemonade did taste fresh squeezed and was a redeeming part of my meal. I wasn’t going to do a review, because I’m at the airport location. However, it was bad enough to leave a review. I may try it once more once I return home, but it’s not a place that I’m rushing to visit again.
M a first timer to Shake Shack. I’ve heard references by friends and media to the deliciousness of the Shack Burger. So, I’m at the NYC LaGuardia looking for lunch and I see signs for the famous Shake Shake. As a Shake virgin, I approach the ordering window with both wonder and confusion. I tell the clerk, Shammi, that I’m new and ask for a recommendation. She directs me to the Smoke Shack burger that has bacon and peppers added to foundation. Initially, I order a single. Then, I realize my recent cholesterol test show favorable numbers, so I upgraded to a double patty. Shammi was patience, void the initial order and rang the change. I didn’t feel rushed or burdened. It’s easy for those in food service to get annoyed at slow, starry-eyed customers, but I could see Shammi smiling under her mask.And when time came to consuming. After my first bite, I thought I saw the Blessed Mother. It was glorious! Shake Shack did not disappoint. It’s worth the extra steps to find it. Now, I will walk it off going to the other end of the airport with a belly full of a Shack attack.
Had a 1.5 hour lay over and grabbed a chicken sandwich from here. This chain isn’t anywhere near my home so I decided to try it. The chicken was absolutely outstanding! It was perfectly prepared. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. This was a great experience!
This was an awesome stop before a flight! Our cashier Marcia was very nice and made sure we got what we wanted even though some items were out. The food was delicious!
The food was delicious. Service needs work. The pickup line server was upset. I did not know my name. Well I don't answer to the wrong name. Again the food was delicious and fresh.
Going to the Shake Shack in Terminal B is a staple of every LGA trip. I got really lucky time because I was at nearby gate 47 so I wanted to commemorate my visit with a review!I always go for the shroom burger, French fries, and black and white shake. They have one of the most robust plexiglass shields of any restaurant I've been to in the last two years but those cashiers are on the top of their game. They're quick, efficient, and accurate.

If you are at Laguardia and you are waiting in line at Wendy's, get out and walk over to Shake Shack now! The shake shack quality is spot on, even at the airport location. Sometimes the line looks long, but it really does move fast. There are no fountain drinks, but if you are craving a soda on ice, you can walk towards gate 54 and get one to go from the bar down there.
