Clean! Very helpful and nice employees. I appreciate this location for these reasons. The shakes are some of the best out of all the shake shacks ive been to! Check this location out
Pros:Great customer service & clean atmosphere. Manager Mattie was exceptional in answering questions regarding the menu. She went beyond her call of duty. Food was decent - could use improvement in quality.Cons:Lack of cashiers. Their cashiers are only for cash customers. I'm not comfortable with a computer taking my order. Also the computer doesn't print receipts. If you want a receipt, you have to wait on line again at the 1 cashier they have, so that can you can get a copy of your receipt. Inefficient process.
Ordered some takeout here. I've visited shake shack often but the food takes a really long time here, maybe 20 minutes per order.Is pretty consistent, 20 minute wait whenever I come to this location.That being said the food has always been good, so have no complaints about that. But don't get dessert from them, if you want dessert, go to Martha's which is walking distance.
I ordered a burger and chicken bites, and they serve me raw chicken bites, RAW chicken bites! It wasn’t even busy. They don’t check! The staff needs to be trained and supervised. The one star is only for this location. I had food on other locations and it’s as expected (good).
I tried the buffalo fried chicken sandwich Thursday, April 28th, for the first time, and I think the team at Shake Shack forgot the ranch! It was dry and missed the balance, so many have rejoiced in reviews. Sadly, I'll never know how good the ranch dressing tastes.
Ordered "just the burger, no meal" and got the beef patties without any bread... Discovered this at home after driving home 6 miles. Drove back there (another 6 miles). Nick at the register informed my wife that they would not remake the burgers because she should have clarified that she wanted buns/bread on her burger when she asked for just the burger and it was their policy to not remake food.This was my first time ordering at this restaurant as I usually order at the other location on Queens Mall but Queens Mall shake shack has been closed for over a week. I usually order with the app but the app wasn't functioning either. The cook eventually came out and remade the burgers but the experience was not a good one at all. I considered a chargeback with Amex but I think my lack of business will suffice since eventually they did remake the burgers.I would not go back to this location. If I were you, and was really fiending some shake shack, I would find another location and go there instead. Hopefully the QC Mall location opens up again soon.
Fantastic burgers. The shackburger has a smashed pattie, American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and shack sauce all packed within a soft fluffy bun which keeps everything in place. No doubt why this franchise has exploded and is expanding internationally, the burgers will keep you coming back!
The ordering experience was very poor, and I didn’t say anything about the long wait time. After I got the meal and went home, I found that there was a hamburger missing. I ordered fries with bacon, but there was no bacon. I've never had this problem before when ordering in other restaurants, I'm really disappointed
Me and my family had an interesting experience at Shake Shack. We were looking for a fast food restaurant that caters to all of our needs, and found out that Shake Shack served alcohol. My southern jit exploded and I jumped off my couch. I hurried my family into the car and sped to the restaurant. I blew about 15 red lights while going horsepower. Me and my family almost died while we were driving, but the southern spirit protected us all. We arrived at shake shack and I quickly put in our orders. The food was great, but the wine was greater (as usual.) I had a few cups of red wine and started climbing the many stairs inside the restaurant. The workers had to get me down somehow, and started shoving me with a broom. I accidentally tripped off the stairs and was rushed to the E.R. In my opinion, I drove faster than the ambulance! I’m currently writing this review in a hospital bed, but it’s ok, the red wine was worth it! Food was great, kids and ferret loved it. Would definitely recommend.
I really love shake shack. But this one specifically has too much going on that the workers aren’t skilled enough to deliver great satisfaction. I last ordered a bacon cheeseburger burger with fries And they gave me a double patty with pickles and no cheese.
