Food is same as any shack. Expect wait time as ur order is made fresh. Employees need better training on the floor. All bunched up chit chatting. 3 empty canisters of ketchup and no employee even realized till customer complained. Place wasn’t even crowded. Place seemed clean.
The wait to receive food was long . This was during my lunch break. After returning to work I realized that they gave me a bacon burger. I don't eat bacon due to religion. I had to throw it out and only eat chicken bites for lunch 6 of them to be exact. Next time I will go to Chick-fil-A. The line moves quicker and they are better organized. What a waste ? of time and money... Please check your orders before leaving
Very disappointing. I had Shake Shack in a different country and you can't compare to NYC Shake Shack. NYC Shake Shack tastes just like straight fast food. I would be better off eating at Burger King. You have to do better....Unbelievable.

Arrived at 14:40 and placed order for 2 shackburgers to dine in. All emphasis was on checking vaccine card vs any friendliness or hospitality. 14:42 to 14:57 stood waiting for food to come out. It took until 15:00 to sit down as further vaccine inquiry and detainment. Food was fine. Price was average. Servicewsubstandard. A light fixture by the window had approx. 100 bulbs and half were burnt out.
This place is busy and wait time is long to pick up your order. The staff are friendly and helpful. I'm very happy they are taking strict covid protocol, check ID to match vaccination card. The waiting area is very cramped with limited space
Customer service was top tier ? I'm so mad I forgot the name of the cashier who took my order ugh but she was the sweetest she looked older than all the other workers I saw...but anyways my burger that I ordered was burnt and burnt to the point it tasted bitter, the fries were ok the chicken bites ugh not so much not sure what kinda ingredients are in the batter mix but it wasn't the best and my drink was ok too. Could have been better tho
Their food is surprisingly good for a fast food chain. Prices are reasonable and I was glad that they kept all COVID precautions and did check our vaccination card. They even checked my 6 year old's vaccination.
