Expensive. Do not match the old Santoor. Was a regular with old Santoor. Food not great now. Will not go back

Dined in on a Saturday night during which there was a very loud party on the sub level and a "green card" private party on the other side of the dining room. The service was very slow and our attendant kept walking away, even while we were speaking mid-sentence. Despite taking our order down on a tablet, we did not receive all the entrées we ordered. The "hara bhara kebab" was unlike any I've tried--it was just battered and deep fried potato without a trace of spinach or peas as was described. My vegetable biryani was 90% rice with a smattering of a few overcooked vegetables. All in all it was a disappointing experience but I may give this place another try as they offer a couple of specialties not commonly seen such as miloni tarkari and bagara baingan.

Santoor has to be hands down one of my favorite Indian Restaurant in this area. The food is excellent, restaurant is always clean and recent management change has given it an excellent look. We had visited last Saturday evening, it was a bit busy but we had an excellent experience. I had visited a few times since the management change and have never been disappointed. Food was always great and service is beyond outstanding. Our waiter, Emmanuel, really remembered our entire order from the previous time we visited which was at least 5 months ago. The other waiters were also very kind and helpful with all our needs. I would highly recommend Santoor if you're looking for an Indian Restaurant.

Buffet was not good for the price they are charging. it's really not worth $20.00. Since they are charging this much for Buffet, definitely they should provide more menu options and also cook more professionally. it is better to use boneless chicken for the dishes instead of using lean drumsticks. waiters were nice and helpful.

Found this spot when I was in college- awesome weekend buffet! Always felt like an intimate Indian restaurant rather than a high- turnover buffet, even during buffet time. Went back recently after 10 years and the food and service is still incredible.

The new owner seems rather arrogant and dismissive towards the loyal customers of this specific location. I understand it is a tough environment for the food industry but to raise the buffet prices 80% to cover a 7.5% overrall inflationary price increase (based on the consumer price index) appears greedy. The quality and the quantity of the buffet options has also gone down. Please don't forget there are many competitors in this town.

They must have changed management or chef. Been ordering from this place for the past 10 years and tonight’s food was not authentic at all. The palak paneer was lacking flavor and the chicken in the tikka masala was overcooked and chewy. Was disappointed and sad that our favorite Indian restaurant is no longer our favorite. Time to look for a new one on the areas…

Great food and good service

This place is worth the money. The food is fresh, delicious and plentiful! Everything tasted authentic and it was honestly the best take out meal we have had in 2 years. We can’t believe we waited this long to order from here. Highly recommend and will be back!

From experience I have ate at many other buffets so this place wasn't great at all. Don't get me wrong the place is nice, waiters are friendly but food is catered to more white people cause the food is so blend and barely any spice
