I didn't go into this store. I went to the corner convenience store. I don't like the new owners of this deli. The previous store, Pickles was much better
Great tasty sandwiches but slow and expensive. Will keep going to them because they are consistent and filling. They also have an A health rating which is good
They never pick up the phone, it either rings forever or doesn’t ring at all. The one time they picked up I was in the middle of placing my order and they hung up on me bc they thought I was done. They’re very rude and very slow. They’re completely understaffed so I feelBad even ordering a lot. Missing Pickles for sure :(

Bought 2 of their signature sandwiches and they were not good. I got the Let It Ride and she got the Mojo Melt. Mine was supposed to have gravy and garlic bread, had neither. They were dry. Barely had meat or flavor. Then, once I start heading back to the Bronx, I opened my soda and noticed a weird flavor. When we look,the sodas expired in November of last year. Definitely not worth the half an hour wait. Especially since there was no one there. Just disappointed. I went out of my way to get there after getting my dogs ashes in L.I.C.

To be honest the food was really good BUT the hassle to get it was just not worth it. I ordered at 8:58AM , food was supposed to be delivered at 9:35, then it changed to 9:55. I attempted to call the restaurant multiple times to no avail. The number goes straight to voicemail which is not set up, so it just hangs up on you. WOW, great customer service. Then, i got a call at about 10:50 AM to let me know the food was almost here. 2 hours is unacceptable and unfair. I will NOT order delivery from here again even though the food was really good. Grub hub offered me a 20% off coupon but that doesn't penalize the restaurant for making bad promises. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY.
