Pizza has always been so good.Removing 2 stars because after paying $47 on 2 Large Pizzas, did not receive even a single can of free soda. We used to get 1 big 1 litter soda bottle. When mentioned, we were told, "it was pre pandemic." But the prices were lower before covid also. He forgot to mention that. :-)So basically, after Covid, you are paying More for less things.
Best pizza in Queens!! hands down!! everythings good!! Lots of slice options, with a friendly staff, and speedy service!! Love going to Rosa's any time of day!!
I'd like to tell everyone about what occurred to me today at this dreadful pizzeria. First and foremost, the people that work there are the most racist people. They were racist against my freinds and me. They treated a minor with contempt and spoke to us in the most revolting manner possible. I couldn't believe what was happening to me. This is the harshest form of discrimination I've ever encountered.Second, despite being a paid customer, I was denied service. Despite the fact that I had already paid for my food, they refused to provide me the food I deserved. They were rude and disrespectful to us, then proceeded to phone the cops for no apparent reason. We didn't raise any hassles or issues; all I wanted was the food I had paid for. They harassed my friend despite the fact that he was not impolite in any manner. This is completely terrible, and I would not suggest this location to anyone.
Rosa Pizza on Fresh Pond Road never disappoints. I drive many miles out of my way to eat here. My go to slices are the buffalo chicken and the Caesar salad pizza.
This restaurant has some of the worst customer treatment I have ever seen. I was there today at about 1:00 PM when I saw the workers wrongfully yelling at a kid and wouldn’t give him his garlic knots as he was simply just asking about them. I saw that the kid paid for the garlic knots and when he came to ask for them, they told him there was nothing in the oven and thus denied to give him any. It wasn’t until everyone gathered around that they finally decided to give him the food, pretending as if they were just doing him a favor and told him verbatim “take the garlic knots and get the hell out of the restaurant” in the rudest tone possible. The owner then proceeded to say that he has the right not to serve us and when asked why, he responded by saying “because I don’t to.”As we kept asking why, he then went to come and forcefully push my friend out of the store, thus putting his hands on him when my friend didn’t touch him at all. Not to mention, this wasn’t just a one time thing but rather an on-going weekly problem for the same group of kids. We all go to Rosa’s together every week on Sunday’s after church and end up getting harassed every single time, despite buying food and profiting their place. This restaurant has shown nothing but blatant disrespect and harassment to us and I definitely wouldn’t recommend eating here.
A little pricier than my usual spots but it's so good and justified. I've had places charge me the same or more for the worst slice. I had the Buffalo chicken slice and it's amazing. I also had the chicken roll and it was so filling and delicious. Service is great.
Absolute must if you're in the middle-village/Ridgewood area- cheap prices and generous portions.Been coming here since I was 5 years old and they've stood the test of time. My go to is a sicilian or grandma slice with garlic knots and marinara sauce.
I've been to several of Rosa's locations for 30 years. I continue to go back for more. Great variety of pizzas, as well as fresh and well prepared pasta dishes. The stores are clean and customer-oriented. It's your loss if you don't stop by one their locations. More for me to choose from.
Best Italian style food in queens
Rosa is one of my favorite pizza spots in nyc I've been coming here since i was a kid. My go to slice is a taco slice. Today i finally switched it up and got a Cesar. If you plan on going to get a taco slice i recommend calling and asking if they have any. They are typically always sold out. My parents live in NJ and make me bring them taco pies when ever i go to visit .If I'm not getting a slice in getting a chicken roll . I recommend getting 2 sides of marinara sauce to drip it in. Would i come back ? Of course . Worth the money ? Yes these 2 slices were $8
